Built off KEEN’s traditional wider foot form, this boot offers KEEN.PROTECT soft toes and an air infused KEEN Luftcell midsole which provides unbeatable, long- lasting comfort. The EH-rated, non-marking rubber outsole offers abrasion and slip-resistance for better longevity not typically available in this style. If you have custom insoles for orthotic purposes, no problem, all KEEN Utility products have removable PU insoles for easy replacement. This dependable boot is great for heavy-duty work in construction, landscaping, welding, manufacturing, iron and road work. KEEN Utility products use a natural, probiotic-based technology for breaking down odor in sweat; while also sourcing leather from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). I think I’m an inch taller in these (can’t complain about that). These are definitely waterproof, especially with some mink oil or leather conditioner on them (I use obernaufs). If I get them muddy I literally just point a water hose at my foot for a sec and then wipe them off with a rag and my sock never gets wet. The only downside of them being so non-porous is that in Houston summers your feet get pretty toasty in them. And they’re a bit heavy but I don’t mind cause it makes them feel quality. Have had them for a year now and wear and tear is very minimal even wearing them to work outside 5 days a week. Pretty comfortable too ... show more

These are some very comfortable boots with great stability. When im in these I honestly don’t want to take them off, the quality is very good also. KEEN delivered as always. Maybe the only draw back is that they are ever so slightly bulky but it’s not overly blocky just slightly and the trade off is stability and a planted feel which is nice. ... show more

Real boots for real men. Of course little stiff but are breaking in perfectly. Lots of toe room snug rest of the foot. Has enough cushion, walking over round terrain is a pleasure .one reco to Keen would be a liner. Possibly a water proof one.. foot would slide in easier. Great design great leather

They took a few days to break in. After the break in, they are very comfortable. Easily the most comfortable boots I own. These are my 6th pair of keen brand footwear and I absolutely love them. They have a nice wide toe box and look great.

I've had these boots for about a week. I am impressed with the fit and quality so far. I was skeptical about the wider toe box, as it looks different from my other boots. But it sure does make them comfortable, without the normal toe squishing of other boots.

Not as good as I hoped. I thought I would try these boots out but was only disappointed with both of them . The waterproof boots are extremely hot and don't breathe at all. Tried them for a cold weather winter boots there horrible your feet sweat so bad your sock are wet and cold. It's the equivalent of putting bread bags on your feet. The non waterproof are just as bad they are lined as well and don't breathe and seem hot but not as bad. They are heavy and have hard soles. They feel clumsy not good for climbing around or alot of walking. I noticed bad rub points with the rivets and the back of your heels. No arch support flat soles with a thick foam inter soles. I bought because I have wide feet and these have widths and a wide toe box. They are made well I'll give them that but the overall design was terribly awful for me. I wore the for 4 to 5 weeks had to donate to the Goodwill could give them away no one I knew wanted them either 😔 ... show more

I have had the boots for exactly 1 month. They fit well and are comfortable but today the speed eyelet pulled out of the leather. There is not a through hole to just lace them. I am 2 days past my return window. I have been a loyal Keen consumer for years. I’m Disappointed in the quality of these.
