I read a lot of reviews that wasn’t the case that I was getting. This is the Mac book Pro 2020 with the touch bar keyboard cover and genuine Italian leather case. I got the chestnut color, I think. It’s kind of the orangish brown one. First off those complaining it doesn’t fit- make sure that your model number is listed. I wouldn’t purchase anything unless your model number is listed. This case fit my computer perfectly. There are no cases that are going to be perfect. It seemed to me after looking at all of them that they all seemed cheaply made. I am very satisfied with my purchase though. It looks just like the picture, fits, and looks great for male or female. This ones for my wife. She loves it. It has a nice classy look for her, and its durable material because it is a leather case. She’s had it over a week now with no issues. Do we expect issues? Yes- over time there is wear and tear and you’ll need a new one. It shouldn’t break over a month or 2 unless you are just throwing it around or it’s defective. The case it comes with is real nice and soft sleeve, it has the the correct Touch Bar keyboard that fits it perfectly and works great to the touch and no issues there eathier. She isn’t using the screen protector and if you do use one get a better one but screen protectors aren’t really needed - shut computer and don’t throw it around it’s expensive. If you are having a ton of issues from the get go, just return it. Amazon is real good about customer satisfaction - no big deal - yes it’s disappointing but it’s your money and you want it to work for you. In my opinion this is a awesome case, durable, looks very nice and I would highly recommend it. The reviews I read thru me for a loop though so I wanted to give my own opinion and experience. I rated this case 5 stars well deserved.

It has a lot of grip on the bottom of the case and it prevents my MacBook from getting scratches. It is the perfect thickness to protect my laptop and overall I love the color. This is my second purchase from KECC. I really loved my last computer cover I bought from them and sought them out for this newest one. I made the mistake of purchasing a less expensive cover and it lasted less than a year before the cracks and trouble started. KECC cover #1 is now on a co-worker's computer and is still going strong. This newest one has been just as reliable. I've had it only a short time and the only complaint I have is that the back cover doesn't really snap into place like the rest of it does (see pix #3 above, hence the 4 stars). Three of the 4 sides do but the back part doesn't seem to want to secure the way the rest of it does (this may be due to something my school district added to it before shipping it to my school but I can't say for sure). The balance of it is fantastic! I love the color and quality feel plus I smile every time I pick it up. This purchase came with a few extras that my initial cover did not: 1) a screen cover (don't know that I will keep it long term but it is ok for now - had some trouble getting the air bubbles out); 2) keyboard cover (it is soft, purple, and covers well - even has a cut out for the bar across the top so I can touch and see it all); 3) a carrying case that is soft and padded, (small, waterproof, has an extra pocket to carry the little adapter I need to connect extras that no longer have ports in the computer, and PURPLE). Overall, a good value for my money and I would buy from them again when I score another laptop.

I love my case so far! It is pretty, seems sturdy, and I feel like my macbook is protected. That said, the others reviews are accurate with their critiques. I ordered the purple flower case for the 13" 2020 MacBook Pro. A few people have said that the image is a little grainy and I would have to agree. However, the graininess is only noticeable close up. My macbook is only 13 inches so I imagine the picture quality might be worse for a 16" case. I'm willing to live with the image quality considering how nice and pretty the case looks overall. I ordered the case for the A2251/A2289 model. This is the only case that will fit properly and it seems to be out of stock the majority of the time. This year, Apple changed the keyboard and so the bottom of the macbook is bigger than it used to be. I think maybe that's why some of the reviews mention the bottom case popping off when they open their macbook. Also, the title for this case is confusing because it clearly lists 2020 even when you select the 2019/2018 case. So just make sure you order the model that only says 2020 and is specifically for A2251/A2289 if you are ordering for the 2020 model! Also, apparently keyboard covers can damage the screen on newer macbooks with retina display. If you do still choose to use the keyboard cover, it doesn't always align up perfectly. I put mine on just to see how it looked. While it did look really pretty, the escape key was completely misaligned. Either way, I really recommend taking the keyboard cover off when you close your computer to prevent any screen damage just in case! Lastly, the sleeve was nicer than I expected it to be. I won't be using it because I prefer to have a sleeve with a handle, but it does fit snugly and isn't bulky. (This can be a plus or a minus, depending on what you're looking for.) I hope this helps you make a decision and whatever case you choose works out perfectly for you! I will update if there are any issues with durability. :)
