Received this item and put it on my phone with no issues or bubbles. I love the kit and how it works to help ensure proper installation. However, product itself is practically useless. The center started cracking within a few days and was split completely within 2 weeks. Hoping it was a fluke, I went for a replacement and the same thing happened. the cracks in the center make it so my finger gets caught on them as my finger slides across the screen.     • Well designed; easy to execute
This product is well thought out and makes it easy to install the screen protector. The "jig" along with the nonskid pad makes the Fold 4 secure and not easy to accidentally move around. The alignment tabs are perfect and removes that whole issue of misalignment from the table. The video and instructions are clear. The inner screen protector goes on easily and shows no problem conforming to screen "crease". A few very small bubbles were present at the edges. Some could be pushed out, others could not. It remains to be seen whether they will disappear or disperse like with screen protectors that use a water lubricant. (This screen protector is not lubricated with water.) The bubbles however are not a real distraction. However I have a few suggestions. The product would be more competitive if it included two protectors in each package so if someone makes a mistake or just has some bad luck. With a phone this expensive you don't want to wait for another screen protector to be shipped in. In addition, there are no holes for the in-screen cameras often used for selfies. Finally there are no instructions for removing the original screen protector. I would suggest at least show it being done in the video. All in all my initial assessment is that this is a very good product and I would buy it again. I hope KCT makes one soon for the Pixel Fold which does not apparently come with screen protectors and will likely be my next phone. ... show more

Damaged my digitizing screen after only a few days. Will need to replace my phone now. Would not recommend. From Google: Using a TPU screen protector, especially when stacked on top of the original one, could potentially damage the inner screen of a Galaxy Z Fold 5.

Just like the title says EASY TO APPLY SCREEN PROTECTOR, it took no more than 5 minutes of time to get phone clean and dust free before placing it in the holding frame with the anti-skidding mat, I followed the easy instructions to install screen protectors and it came out 100% perfect. If you clean your screens we'll and make sure you collect all the dust with the dust removal stickers provided you should get great results to. All functions still the same, I highly recommend this product. ... show more

Although my delivery was scheduled for Saturday, I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived 2 days early. I was very happy because I didn't want to open my phone until I was ready to replace the inner protector. The link to the video was awesome so I followed directions to install the screen protector. The problem was, there was some additional trim material around the edge and this made the edges lift causing micro bubbles. Disappointing! I wish I knew to remove the extra trim piece before installation (see pics). Now I have these tiny bubbles in all four corners. Maybe they will dissipate naturally, I don't know, but it could reduce the life of my protector, and I could be back here again in 6 months or less...Ugghh! ... show more

    • Got an education from Samsung Service Center - not this product's fault
Got a chance to correct my review... Initially wrote a negative review for this product but then went to an Authorized Samsung Service Center. After ten months of opening and closing, the interior screen itself developed a natural dip or depression along the center above the hinge. This was so gradual it was hard for me to notice, but once pointed out - became very clear and apparent. Therefore, about any screen protector will begin to delaminate or develop bubbles in the center, no matter what product or how installed. Fortunately, I purchased the full Samsung insurance which was about another $350, so I may ultimately replace the screen itself, if the next screen protector I have applied (by the Samsung Service Center, and will take "at least an hour") doesn't last. Below is my original "negative" review before my "education". Was so excited to receive this, as my old screen protector had lasted about a year. Installation was perfect, jig made it easy, although there were a few small bubbles at the edges that took extra effort to remove. And there was a small bubble that I finally resorted to using (very carefully) a needle to remove. However by only the second day, the "stickiness" started to delaminate from the crease down the middle, and very shortly thereafter large bubbles appeared and it makes a crackling sound when open and closing my Z Fold 4. Unfortunately, I delayed by a few weeks before actually doing the installation, and missed the Return Closing Date by two days! Very disappointed. ... show more

    • Install was fine, but film cracked, and sensitivity is way off.
Installation was good (instructions, cleaning, squeegee, phone holder). However, once installed (with no bubbles), it now requires more forceful taps to get the screen recognize what you want to do. Sometimes, it doesn't work at all. I suspect the latter problem might be due to something else happening with the film (this happens for texting and browsing, and just clicking on different icons): occasionally, there is a rapid repeating of what you just clicked + adjacent clicks you didn't make.. this happens so rapidly you cannot interrupt it,except by turning off the phone, then turning it back on. Additionally, the new protector has been on my phone for less than 48 hours and, this morning, it already has a crack in it at the fold. ... show more
