This chair was a very nice upgrade from my worn out regular office chair. I love the comfort and easy assembly of it. Not really sure what the other reviews are saying about hard assembly, maybe they are not sure how to use tools or instructions. The only hiccup I had with install is the arm rest screws are backing out over time, but I applied a small amount of blue thread locker to the threads and it took care of the issue. The customer service is absolutely the best. I had an issue with the wheels not rolling well with any weight in the chair. They responded very quickly and issued me a new set of wheels. Then they rolled very well!

If you are sitting in this chair for a long time it starts to get very uncomfortable there's not much cushion to sit on and there's really no cushion at all for your back! I've had to put an external cushion to sit on and for my back support, the bolts don't really last too long even though the bolts are tighten the chair is still loose. The pull out recliner leg pillow is so short if you're over 6 one is going to be on the back of your knees. The armrest doesn't move so you can't move it up you can't move it down which causes your shoulders to start hurting after a while. Don't get it honestly!

Nice looking ,the comfort is there for sure, good back support, and seat. They even throw in a t-wrench to tighten the bolts, I thought it was easy to put together. We got the red and black. Love it !!

I like the chair it’s comfortable but it would be better if they would have sent my head pillow and lower lumbar pillow so I will give them three stars until I get them

This is a beautiful chair. Once we figured out how to use the spacers during assembly (there was no mention of them in the instructions), it went together fairly quickly. Lumber support is good, seat is wide enough for my fluffy little butt, however...if you are tall this will matter. The seat cushion has a short distance from front to back, meaning that I'm 5' 4" and sitting as far back in the chair as I can the cushion stops way short of my knees by a few inches...leaving me feeling slightly shorted for cushion support. I generally sit more forward while I'm gaming so it isn't enough of an issue that I want to return the chair . Also the foot rest does not extend out very far and doesn't even reach my calves, so depending on that to give leg support is going to be disappointing. I have been using an ottoman under my desk to sit with my legs up and thought I might be able to get ride of it with this chair, but not so. The ottoman will be staying. Update: Almost one year ago I bought this chair. For about 9 months it worked fairly ok, but now the center hydraulic post is dragging on the floor and I cannot even roll this chair around. I'm ordering new wheels to try to get it up off of the ground but I'm not happy at all. For what I spent on this chair, and for the other factors that aren't quite right ( like the short hip to knee ratio...this chair should have been more durable. I would not recommend the chair and will not buy again.

Had it for about a week now and although had a problem with the first delivery missing an arm and the box being beaten up support was very nice and pretty easy to get a replacement. Super comfortable and way better than another gaming chair bought on amazon for around the same price. Great back support and the lean on the chair is super nice and feels like you can fall asleep in it.
