    • Good alternative to more luxurious options (West Elm) but with some cons

The product build is OK, not perfect: mine had a defect in the alignment of the bottom globes: one is slightly bent. The main drawback comes is the light bulb compatibility: there are only a few options available on the market that would work: it has to be frosted light bulbs (to avoid having streaks on the globes) and the format needs to be G45 for the bulbs to fit in the opening ring, at installation time. If you have a dimmer installed, you will not find any dimmable LED options anywhere, that fit the requirements. I had to come up with a so-so solution: clear dimmable bulbs at the right size, sanded with sandpaper to give them more opacity and reduce the "streaking" effect. The other more luxurious options didn't have this size limitation problem. ... show more

This fixture is beautiful! Exactly what I was hoping it would look like. I will start with the seller. The seller was amazing. They were open to my request and responded quickly to all my inquiry. When I got sent the wrong globes they acted fast and order me the right one. I got the globes in the timeframe they said I would. I was not in a rush so didn’t mind the extra time. Installation was the only drawback. My husband has to do little jimm-ing in a few areas to the fixture up. Overall he was able to get it up by himself with out a electrician. I love the final look!     • Looks beautiful, but hard to install

This looks beautiful in my dining room. It's exactly the kind of aesthetic I wanted. The only issue is installing was a massive pain. I've seen several people day their light bulbs don't fit through the gold ring which is true, however it wasn't hard to figure out so here are the the steps to use regular sized light bulbs: 1. Take the gold ring off by unscrewing the 3 screws, the silver plate on the inside should stay inside 2. Throw the lightbulb into the glass sphere 3. Reattach the gold outer plate by fishing the silver inner plate back toward the entrance and screwing it back together 4. To innstall this, tip the glass ball until the lightbulb sticks out then grab the base of the lightbulb 5. Screw in the lightbulb with one and while holding the sphere in the other 6. Screw on the sphere I'm glad I have leds because it will be a massive pain to change the bulbs. ... show more

This light fixture did exactly what I needed it to. My electrical is off centered but this light makes it unnoticeable. The globes are held on with spring loaded clasp and once they are on if you don't move your fingers quick enough you will cut your fingers.. I did. But would 100% recommend it!

It took 3 deliveries to find enough globes that weren’t shattered. You can see inconsistencies in the way the globes let light through. There are thick and thin spots. Still a good value for what it is, just a QC problem that’s costing them money and me time.
