My wife and I got this lamp because it has a mid-century and French style to it for our bedroom. The installation instructions were thorough. This is built very well and even comes with led lightbulbs instillation was a snap and it looks beautiful

This is a beautiful light fixture! It works well and the company has fantastic customer service. We put this up ourselves as we do all our light fixtures so if you’re used to that sort of thing, it was pretty easy. My order came with all the globes well wrapped and everything intact. I had been very nervous about that since those globes are so fragile and delivery people are usually not careful with packages even if they’re marked fragile. When we started putting it together, one of the arms wouldn’t connect because the threads were stripped so it wouldn’t screw into the body of the fixture. No problem, there was contact info in the package for the company if there was a problem. I followed the instructions and contacted them and got a response pretty quickly. They sent me a replacement pretty quickly. The shipping (international) did take a while, but I was okay with waiting as I did not want the hassle of trying to pack up that fixture again and do an Amazon return. When it did get here, it was actually a different fixture body than the one I had. Again, I just contacted them through the email chain we already had going to let them know. There was some slight confusion and it took some pictures from me to help clear it up, but once they understood what I needed they were quick to fix it. They sent out yet another fixture, pretty quickly as well. This was the correct one and we installed it and it looks fantastic. I used different bulbs than what came with it. I like the ones that we found at the big orange home improvement store. They’re small and round and IMO look nicer. ... show more

I love this light so much. One of the glass globes was broken so I emailed the company and they responded that day. I got the replacement globe just a couple of days later. Customer service was great. In the original package there was a piece of paper with information on how to contact the company if anything was missing or damaged. That made everything easy. I absolutely loved the product after installation. It looks so beautiful and changed the look of my Nook Area. First I received the defective piece but they sent me another one once I returned the product. PRO's: 1. Very Effective customer service by vendor. 2. The product quality is satisfactory and worth buying. 3. Fixing the light poles to the base seemed to be a little difficult. But didn't consume much of my time. 4.
