Just purchased these after my trainer had me use them. They are pretty awesome. I just put them on and do my regular workouts. Keeps my legs and butt engaged the whole time. Only problem was they sent me 3 green bands and only 1 orange. Which is a bummer but seems silly to return for that one thing.

Holy Jello legs, did a entire workout on my legs, ladder drills, running, cut drills, hurdles and then took them off and did a 40 yard dash, my son also did the same thing and both of us had the same thing once we took them off and did a 40 yard dash. These are great for all ages! The variability in resistance allows for versatility when choosing exercises. That's clips are a bit difficult getting on and off. But once you learn a system that works for you it's not difficult.
