We lost the paddle that came with our kayak so I tried this one since the original was so expensive to replace. It does the job just fine. The bummer is that it doesn't fit in my bag for the blow up kayak since the end doesn't come off.

I liked that it worked well kayaking. I wish it had cushions on the bars but it didn’t However it was $15 so you cannot beat that price

I ordered two sets of these paddles. One was for my wife as an xmas gift...the other was a spare to replace my old one for when it wore out. My wife was very pleased with hers. 6 months later I opened my package only to find out the two pieces are identical (both have female ends) so wont fit together. Best deal found. Light weight snaps together nicely. Only thing i read was paddles sink. I drilled hole and filled with expand foam works great but messy process. You could use swim noodle or pipe wrap foam. Easy. Otherwise great paddle so far
