    • Awesome First Ride-On ATV That Actually Handles Grass Well!
We have been having so much fun with this Kawasaki ride-on ATV! My toddler absolutely loves it, and it’s quickly become one of his favorite outdoor toys. One of the biggest features that stood out to me was the included seatbelt. As a parent, I really appreciate that extra layer of safety, although I did have a little trouble getting the shoulder straps to stay snug and secure. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s something I’d like to see improved. We’ve put this ATV through more than just smooth sidewalks. We’ve driven it across the sidewalk, through the front yard, and all around our backyard, and I was genuinely impressed with how well it handled the grass. It has great traction and never seemed to struggle transitioning from pavement to uneven ground, which isn’t something every ride-on toy can do. The extra features are a nice bonus too. My son loves pressing the horn and listening to the built-in music, and those little details make the experience even more exciting for him. The remote control is another feature that really sold me. It’s very easy to use and gives parents excellent control over the vehicle, especially while younger kids are still learning how to drive. I also like that there are two speed settings. Even the faster setting isn’t intimidating, which gave me peace of mind knowing I could easily catch up with my son if he ever decided to head off on his own. The slower setting is perfect for younger toddlers who are just getting comfortable. Battery life has been better than I expected. We’ve gotten multiple play sessions on a single charge, so we aren’t constantly dragging it back inside to recharge after every use. Assembly took a little longer than I originally anticipated, but it wasn’t difficult. The instructions were clear, easy to follow, and everything needed for assembly was included. If I could change one thing, I’d love a mode that completely locks out the child’s steering while the parent is using the remote. Right now, it’s still possible for my son to change the direction even while I’m controlling it, which can be a little frustrating. Thankfully, it wasn’t a major issue for us since he was usually content just riding along and having fun. Overall, this has been an excellent purchase. It’s sturdy, fun, handles different terrain surprisingly well, and includes several thoughtful features that make it enjoyable for both kids and parents. If you’re looking for a toddler ride-on that can do more than just cruise on perfectly smooth pavement, I would definitely recommend this one. ... show more

I got this for my four year old and she loves it. Assembly took a bit of time, it took me like 1 hour to complete the assembly, although I should mention that I was not really rushing to get it done and I even delegated half the assembly to my 11 years old son. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would say plan for at least an hour to get everything put together, but once it was done, it felt sturdy and ready to go. My daughter played with the car for at least 30 minutes in the backyard (maybe not solid 30 minutes of pushing the gas pedal, but she played well and the battery did not die). The car handles all surfaces very well. We have a mix of paved driveway, grass, and a few bumps in the yard, and it rolls over everything smoothly. We have had other electric toy cars before and tohse had the hard plastic wheels which are very noisy on the paved driveway, the wheels on this car are like soft rubber and they are not noisy. Since the wheels are rubber that means we can even roll it inside the house without getting scratches on the hard wood floor. The soft start function is also a nice touch, making it smooth enough for a little kid to handle without getting jolted back when pushing the pedal. The parent remote control is a genuine lifesaver. My daughter is learning to drive her toy car and sometimes she needs a little help and I can use the remote to drive her out of some obstacle or things like that. The override works instantly and gives me total control whenever I need it. The remote control is also very helpful when it is time to put te car away, you do not need to push the car around or carry it (it can be carried but it is a little heavy), so you can just drive it with the remote to the place where you store it. My kid loves the music, the LED headlights, and the engine sounds. Five stars. This is a well built, fun, and safe ride on car for young kids, and it holds up to real world use in the yard. ... show more

This Kawasaki 24V ride-on is well-built and looks great. While it’s a bit slower than I expected for a 24V model, I actually see that as a benefit for younger kids. The gradual start and stop make it much safer by preventing sudden jerks that can scare little riders or cause them to lose control. It drives smoothly, was easy to assemble, and my child loves it. Very good looking ride-on, well made and goes together very easily. The remote control connects the first time and controls the car perfectly, no delay and the range is very good. Run time is good, so far it's lasted over 2 hours on a single charge but can probably go much longer, we didn't run it to empty, charging can take several hours. The EVA tires are the best option for these ride-on toys, the grip is excellent on dirt and they last a very long time on pavement and concrete. They are much quieter than the hard plastic tires and last a long time, we have another ride-on with the EVA tires and they've lasted over 3 years so far. The ride-on is very easy to assemble, the instructions are well illustrated and there's no steps that are difficult to follow. There are a lot of parts but everything fits together without much effort. The set includes is a wrench for the nuts that hold the wheels on, you'll just need a Philips screwdriver for all the small screws that hold the body work on. There is one 24V battery under the seat, the charge port is on inside of the cabin near the seat, very easy to get to for daily charging. The remote needs two AAA batteries, not included. Speed is good, it's roughly as fast as an adult walking. For a smaller child it's the perfect speed and very easy to control. Slow start and stop is a bonus, so many of these ride-on toys have sudden stop and it makes the riders slide into the dash and it strips the gears in the drive motors, but this is much better, especially for inexperienced riders. The size is good as a single seater, it's probably the perfect size for most 4 year old's, my four year old son fits perfectly and he's a little tall for his age. My six year old also fits and can drive it over hills and through tall grass without slowing down, and the suspension holds his weight too which is impressive. Getting in and out is easier with the roll cage lifted, the release button is a little stiff at first but eventually it goes in easier. This is a seriously nice ride-on for younger kids. The Kawasaki styling makes it look much more like a miniature UTV than a typical plastic ride-on toy, and the beige color looks great. It feels sturdy and well put together, and the 24V system has plenty of power for a kids’ vehicle without being ridiculously fast. The 4WD, four-wheel suspension, and EVA rubber tires are some of the best features. It handles the yard and uneven surfaces much better than the basic ride-ons with hard plastic wheels. The 3.5 MPH top speed is fast enough to be exciting for a younger child while still being manageable, and the suspension makes the ride noticeably smoother. I also really like having the parent remote. It gives you some extra control while a younger child is still learning how to steer and operate the vehicle on their own.
