I love the color of this purse and the feel of it. However, as some other reviews stated, the opening is small. The way the straps are sewn in to the sides, it limits the opening. So it has a very big and deep inside, but it is a little struggle to dig in and find everything. It also had a funny smell to it. I bought this for a trip to carry a lot of things and it worked for that. I think it’s a nice looking purse and will still continue to occasionally use it. ... show more

This is a GREAT bag! I’ve only had it for about two weeks, but I am already in love. It’s deep and wide enough to hold my water bottle and other purse contents, but not wide or bulky against my smaller frame like a tote bag would be. There are three inner pockets (two small sleeves and one zippered pocket) and one large zippered pocket on the outside. The zippers work great, too! Lovely bag. High quality attractive gold zipper. Sewn well. Gorgeous saturated color. I purchased in the dark blue and dark brown. I love the rich hues. Wider at the bottom than the top. The opening at the top is only 7 inches across, which makes it difficult to get items in and out, but the positive side of that is that my items will not go flying out on the floor when I have to hit my brakes and the bag is on its side on the passenger seat of my vehicle, which happens a lot when you have 100,000 plus young college aged drivers on the roads. This bag will carry well as a shoulder bag because of its narrow top. No bulk under your arms. The straps are soft and well made. Stitching is all clean and neat. I’m thankful for finding the Kattee brand. The bag won’t stand alone. The inside deep zippered compartment should have been placed on the opposite side from the outside deep zippered compartment to prevent weight overload on one side that causes the bag to fall over. The lining is a high quality fabric with the inside slip pockets deep inside the bag. That is a bit of a challenge. The bag doesn’t stand up because the leather is soft and the design is tall. The top folds over. Overall, beautifully crafted, high quality bag. Video review attached. I’m not a “bot” and I’m not being reimbursed for my review. The top opening of this bag is not wide enough to put anything like an iPad or anything wider than 6” in it. The color is beautiful, the leather is good quality…but the inability to get anything bigger than a wallet in it, is annoying. You would think that as a tote you would have the option of the entire top opening, & then snapping shut. Unfortunately this isn’t the case & I find this frustrating & will probably not use it as much as I would like. This and the delivery delay, caused me not to order the bag in another color..as I had planned to do so. ... show more
