Another Amazon order that I received that went down in price of what I paid! That is very frustrating. However, the bag is beautiful! I bought this SOLELY based on reviews and on ONE question asked. The leather is soft and luxurious! I'm sure it'll soften over time with use. It looks of great quality! I'm excited to be able to use this. I NEVER use the cross body straps, so I always give those away. The bag looks much more expensive than what I paid. I got the black one and it looks amazing! The lining feels like the ORIGINAL Coach lining, not the highest quality, but also not cheap. Very happy with the purchase. Would purchase another Heshe bag. :) ... show more

I purchased this bag for the size and the layout, which is pretty good for my use. Exterior pockets can be hard to find and there is only one. I also wander how sturdy it is and it does have a faint smell of leather. Not the best leather but for under $100, what do you expect? Finally discarded my old traditional style doctor bag which is heavy with an inflexible hinge at the top making it hard to get things in and out. Had been wanting a flexible softer black leather bag of the same dimensions and flat bottom with metal feet. This bag is perfect replacement that is more comfortable, beautiful soft black leather with reinforced handles. Three zippered pockets and lots of space inside to fit all my tools. Flexible pleats at the top ends which look like a traditional doctor's bag without the stiff hinges. I do not use the shoulder strap or fringe decoration to make it look more professional without them. Sturdy and holds heavy things - full size Well Allyn otoscope/opthalmoscope, stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, neurological exam tools, and other items. It came beautifully packaged to protect the leather. What a win! And instead of $400 it was $69. Suggest this be advertised as an alternative physician instrument bag, at least for women and possibly for men. Next step is to have name painted on in gold letters. ... show more

The package arrived timely. Shipping/packing of the poduct was BAD. This $90.00 handbag was shipped in a only a polybag --USPS. It was put in the mailbox, which meant the plastic package was folded in half- which meant the handbad was squished tightly into to mailbox, I would not get the handbag to reshape. (There was a cloth bag around the hangbag.) The quality of the handbag is borderline ok. Between the packaging and the quality--I expected better. I am unable to return as the packaging got tossed.
