This is a great dog collar! It is extremely well made and durable. It's one of the best collars I've owned. I expect this collar will last many years of use. The colors are so pretty too. It is true to size, the measurements indicated fit my dog as expected. I think the price is maybe slightly higher than a dog collar of similar quality due to the brand name. However, I don't think it is a lot higher. It is definitely one of the best collars I have owned. The other collar I liked as much as this one, that wasn't a designer brand name, cost only a few dollars less than this collar. I personally think this collar is worth the price. I am glad I ordered it! I don't yet know how well it will hold up over time, since I haven't had it very long, but I don't anticipate any problems. I will update this review if I obtain more insightful information in the future. ... show more

You will be unable to round out this collar. They manufacture these incorrectly and put the strap through the wrong place. I’m unable to fix this as it is sewn in that way and is present on all the collars. They also use metal for the buckle but then plastic for the male piece which is a bit odd but I understand the plastic piece must flex in order to connect it. However the largest problem is the incorrect threading of the collar and not being able to round it out. This is awkward for my dog and looks ridiculous. ... show more

The brightness of colors of the Kate Spade dog collar, was different. It was the correct size, quality of the collar felt sturdy and just the right amount of thickness for our miniature schnauzer. She looked very happy with her new collar.

I have this collar in black for my Dalmatian puppy (about 20lbs) and while I have walked him plenty of times with it, it just popped right off when I try to pull him back to me. I wouldn’t recommend using it for walking but it is nice to wear as styling
