The color is not chocolate, it is a light brown. The waist runs very small, but everything else is normal. I have no idea how they size these things, but looking at other reviews, I am not alone in the issues with color and the waistband I would not buy again, and this is going back.

Love this skirt! It’s cute and very comfy. But beware it does run small. I’m a size 4 but the size small was very tight. I needed a medium which is for size 8-10!
