The reality is that I have aging parents (one disabled, the other with mild hoarder tendencies) and didn't realize it got to the point where it was unmanageable for them. These are pictures of their bedroom, before (when I was cleaning out things) and after. They abandoned all storage solutions, despite having closet drawers, etc. etc. Things were simply not clear-coded for them and was a failing system. Clothes were in plastic bags, within plastic bags. Left is the mess; right is it cleaned up. I bought 2, the other isn't in the picture but is in the opposite corner of the room. My parents love it and I check in and make sure they are using it well (ex. sweatpants go w/ sweatpants, pajamas go with pajamas, summer shirts go with summer shirts). I kid you not, these pretty much changed their lives. - Plastic keeps pests away like termites, moths, ants, etc. - Doors prevent dust from getting in! - Assembly takes less than 1 minute per box - Is extremely sturdy and versatile - Highly portable, stackable, and stable. If you ever need to move, you can pick it up and it's ready to go (vs. wooden drawers where you have to put the clothes into separate boxes bc it's way too heavy) - Compact, solid system for storing items - High capacity! Their old, frail hands that can barely open IKEA wooden drawers can easily reach in, and store things, take things out, and see what's in it (without visual clutter) this way. I highly recommend it. We ended up only letting go of 3 garbage bags of clothes when I initially thought we'd have to purge more than half of what they had, and their closet is very light now with lots of wiggle room and space for hangers. It's IMPRESSIVE how much these hold, and moreover, how radical a change these made in bringing order back to their living space. Lastly I had a great experience with the seller, Karramlili. Two lids arrived broken, and I went directly to the seller to message them bc going thru Amazon would have required me to return the items entirely. Karram sent me two replacements without hesitation. For the price, it was more than worth it.

I purchased another brand liked these but for the same price for 4 (19 gal) of them I could get 5 (20 gal)of these. I got the other brand for storage in my laundry room. Tried one in my office and wanted some in there. Measuring I found 5 (20 gal) would fit perfectly, and they did. They hold a lot. Items have to be stacked up inside. I didn't like that, since it was going to be in my office. So I placed a shelf organizer helps to create "shelves" No the cabinets are not solid, they are like a tote material, which they are with the convenience of doors. They are very easy to put together as long as the tabs at the bottom of each "wall" are pushed down into their slots. I tap on each wall as I fold them up to get them in correct position then just "click" the walls together. The top may need aligning. Open the doors and push the side wall out (or in) a bit to align then tap down the cover, follow the front and back tap down as you go. Align side wall and tap down. Check to make sure the bottoms are not gaping. To correct this tap down on top or if needed remove top and tap top of wall. I do not like about these are the doors. They are just pushed in to click with a stub on the top and bottom of door where the handle is. If you don't have a enough weight in the cabinet, then when you pull to open the door the cabinet will slide toward you. So if you one up on top of the closet shelf with out enough weight, be careful. Reason I gave it 4 instead of 5. They stack, nicely. I have only stacked 2 on top of each other. Wheels on the bottom allow it to roll. Haven't used that with items inside so do not know how well that works. I have bought 3 of these sets, so far. They were used in my office and to organize my closet.

I installed these in the garage so that I could empty a storage locker. Wasy to assemble. Each module does have wheels, but they aren't designed to roll long distances...more like just move out of the way. Units nestle nicely & look neat. Doors are a bit sticky, but pretty easy to open and close. Each unit equals a 45 gallon storage bin + a little leftover room.

The units are reasonable heavy-duty plastic. Nothing broke even when I had to snap a few things back together. They fit and snap in place once you push things in the right places. My only concern now is that one of the clear doors had a broken area in the hinge, which kept it from working properly Figuring out how to contact them for a replacement door is challenging. I will adjust this score down if that does not resolve well since returning all of them would be a pain. They stack quite well contrary to a claim in another review. That lady probably needs to keep them from her 1.5 year old since nothing tall at this size base cannot be knocked over. You could (and may have to) attach them to the wall just as even IKEA recommends for its furniture. Few things are completely kid-proof! I do not see any risk for my grandchildren, though they are at least 5 yo as I write this.

I used these bins to travel to another city. They held up well to the truck bed and still looked great even after lugging cooking supplies, books, pet food, and electronics to another apartment. These bins are a great storage option that has everything I was looking for; transparent windows, side doors, stackability, and foldability. I bought the 5 set and might buy another to move cross country.
