Very excited to receive these containers. They are nice, but came with one of the handles broken on the body of the container. The item was packaged well from the manufacturer, but placed in an Amazon That was larger than the original item. Why it wasn’t sent in its original box baffles me. Again, they put the box inside a box which was too big for the original box so it was free to shift around during the usual manhandling that happens in delivery. Not even a piece of paper to keep it from sliding the 8 inches back-and-forth on either side of the box. I have to say it really irritates me the way the shipping procedure and packing procedure is carried out by Amazon. Ruins a good product more times than not. ... show more

While these were delivered and not at all heavy, the plastic buckets inside were busted. I'm not returning 4 of them when two of them were broken, but also, what am I going to do with broken buckets? These are nice with locking lids and holds quite a bit of my Christmas items and the price was also great, but not great plastic. I maybe should have gone with Rubbermaid as rubber might have been better. ... show more

There was no protection for the corners of the thin shipping box, and one of the lids was broken on the corners. I needed to use thaw other three so couldn’t return….and Amazon won’t simply send me a 4th lid. They want me to return all 4 tubs and all 4 lids…when there is only 1 broken lid. Disappointing that I’m stuck with a useless tub. That said, they are very basic…quite thin. I don’t think they will hold up (and they really weeent that inexpensive, I’m quite surprised…. BUT I’m stuck, I need to use them Monday so don’t have time to wait for replacements by mail…a shortcoming of online shopping. ... show more

I usually like products from the Iris company but these are just too flimsy. After filling them with clothing and stacking them, the lids cracked under the weight. I would only recommend purchasing these for storing things lighter than clothing
