Smaller than I thought it would be, but it is comfortable enough. Assembly was easy and the color is what I wanted. A little too firm, but again comfortable enough. Stability is enough for the price I got it for.

Dont buy this its actually insane that this couch ia this expensive it should be worth at max 50 bucks. Cuz why are these back pillows thinner than a subway sandwich ? Why when my 170 pound bf sat on it we heard a crack ? Why why why. Scissors for scale . By the way these pillows have been fluffing all week . We built them sunday and havent moved into the place yet so we built them left came back today (wed) and this is what they look like . Wow a week later the back board of this couch and a screw are broken so its lit loose. Its wiggling. Nobody has reached out for my original review so i dont even think my update will do anything. Just buy a better couch at this point.

This couch came in a timely manner and in three separate boxes that arrived all at the same time! I was so happy to have them arrive together! The packaging was neat, and damage free! Setup was fairly easy but I had my brother help me. The only thing is I don’t see how the chase can be easily interchangeable without taking pieces apart, but not too much of a big deal. Like others have said this couch is firm, but comfortable. A few comfy decorative pillows will do the trick. This couch is for small/med size spaces. Worth the buy! Oh and the couch says beige but it definitely is an off white.

1. It is quite difficult to assemble, mark my word! and I am a handyman. 2. and only in the last page of instructions it says if you want the left to right or right to left orientation, reverse what you did and you have to figure out by yourself how to do it. 3. The cushions are not as thick as one would like, but overall the sofa looks pretty. 4. As for sturdiness, I am not sure. First, there were some wrong installation instructions. For instance you can screw the legs to sofa's bottom rather than to its armrests, because most of your weight will be on sofa not on armrest, but a few of the legs are instructed to be screwed to the armrests. I screwed them to the bottom wholes as much as possible. 5. Also, the two segments of the L-shape (call it A and B) are attached together only using two screws and make it quite fragile. When trying to lift from one end, the sofa bends from the middle. Basically you cannoy carry the sofa unless you separate the two segments from each other, otherwise it might break from the middle. They could have at least put 4 screws in the package for that instead of two, to make it sturdier.

Great couch, it’s on the firm side but extremely comfortable. It was fairly easy to put together and did not have a smell when unpacked. Everything is great about this couch and the price is definitely worth it.

Update 7/4: See my original review below. To the credit of Karlhome, their supplier ultimately sent me a replacement for the damaged piece. So to be fair, I change my rating from 1 star to 3. For anyone reading with interest in the overall product quality, I would have awarded it 5 stars had it been delivered undamaged at the start - it is exactly the quality one can expect for the price asked. My adjusted rating reflects that getting satisfaction in the end (which I did) required extensive involvement on my part to rectify the issues you can read about below. Many customers have a smoother purchase experience. ======== (original review) On May 18, I was delivered the "Karl home Small Sectional Couch" that I ordered from their Amazon store. While assembling it, I discovered that one of its cushions had arrived with a corner ripped open - a disappointing thing to experience in a brand new product, but it happens. However, it was in turning to Plan B where things went really wrong. I contacted Karlhome with the attached picture and id of the defective part on May 19, and they acknowledged the issue. It concerned me that they couldn't personally deliver a replacement cushion to fulfill the purchase, and that their supplier would have to ship one to me. I felt stalled when they said that would take 30 days, but it was the only recourse they offered. But with each reasonable follow-up question I asked (how they would monitor the issue for progress, was there a tracking number, etc.) the 30-day clock reset by me being asked to reconfirm my interest in solving the issue (???). At one point, Karlhome even closed the incomplete issue on the Amazon site mid-stream, forcing me to reopen it. The 30-day period came and went with no word from either Karlhome or their supplier, even after I had reconfirmed with them my delivery address and phone number. It's now 37 days since the new product delivery, and after numerous contacts with Karlhome and getting only a vague solution and zero status, their June 25 response of "we have confirmed this issue" is the exact one I got on May 20. Each of my inquiries has been a day lost in the back-and-forth, and none of the communication has been proactive on their part. Their delay has pushed my purchase beyond Amazon's return policy and I can no longer trust any interest in a resolution on Karlhome's part. So I'm now stuck with a brand new product that I must pay to have mended. Karlhome deflected my request for a refund with their latest waiting game response. I am now seeking redress through Amazon.

Don’t recommend. The back of couch is a thin piece of cardboard it feels like. Cushions quality is not there, assembly was easy due to not being much of a couch. Don’t waste your money on this product. Oh and the customer service is not that great either.

It is comfortable, just the right size for my bedroom, material is soft, and very easy to install. The back cushions could be more thick as the seat cushions.
