The media could not be loaded. Some other reviews had me concerned about how comfortable the couch would be. It's great, just needs a couple of soft pillows. It was very easy to put together and looks very nice. The color is definitely closer to white than beige but I was expecting that from other reviews. Overall I'm very happy with it!

The couch was easy to put together. It has firm but not flat cushions. The fabric color and texture is beautiful.

This couch came in a timely manner and in three separate boxes that arrived all at the same time! I was so happy to have them arrive together! The packaging was neat, and damage free! Setup was fairly easy but I had my brother help me. The only thing is I don’t see how the chase can be easily interchangeable without taking pieces apart, but not too much of a big deal. Like others have said this couch is firm, but comfortable. A few comfy decorative pillows will do the trick. This couch is for small/med size spaces. Worth the buy! Oh and the couch says beige but it definitely is an off white.

Lord these couches ! They snuck up on me. They are the perfect size. They are sturdy. The color is exactly like the picture. The size is exactly like the picture. There is nothing misleading about the description. They were easy to install. They are beautiful. I'd buy them again and if they get damaged I most likely will.

Great couch, it’s on the firm side but extremely comfortable. It was fairly easy to put together and did not have a smell when unpacked. Everything is great about this couch and the price is definitely worth it.

I was very nervous purchasing this sofa as there were zero reviews. I'm proud to be the first. This is an absolutely gorgeous sofa. It is the most comfortable sofa I've ever owned. Time will tell if it remains that way. It was a beast to assemble by myself, but hey. If you don't want to do it yourself then go pay more and buy one already assembled in the store, right? It was worth every pains taking hour that it took me to assemble it. In all honesty by myself it took about two and a half hours to assemble. The majority of that time was putting on all the legs. It is very sturdy very well built extremely high quality fabric. It has a designer look about it. The back cushions are removable making the sofa wide enough to sleep on. I highly recommend! I wish there was a matching ottoman!

I bought this for my new house, and I've seldom been so disappointed by an item ordered from Amazon. This couch is absurdly small. Compared to the folding chair next to the couch for reference, you can see how short and tiny it is. As a 6' 3" man, my legs completely hang off the couch. It feels like this was made for children, yet the way the back is attached to the base - children would snap the couch in half in no time. The plastic is still on the cushions due to the fact that all those red stickers claim, "If you remove the plastic, the cushions will no longer be compressed and the product will become non-returnable." Not only does this seem like it violates return policies, but the cushions also became uncompressed anyway in shipping - as you can see. I'm currently in the process of attempting to return this, and there is a different return policy than Amazon's typical returns, because it is a third party seller. I'll report back after I find out how this goes. If I am charged for return shipping, I'll be very displeased. Side note: The boxes were delayed and delivered on different days. That's not the company's fault, but a failure from FedEx.

I love it. I have no complaints. It’s super comfortable. The cushions are super nice. And the gold legs give it a really nice look.
