The items came in 2 boxes. The one containing the chairs was partially open and some parts were missing. I was able to work it out with the seller to get the additional chair pads to prevent floor scratching (A+ for seller service recovery). It took me about an hour to assemble all 4 chairs. If you have leather wipes, use them for finishing touches. The table was the easiest to assemble. I brought this item in July but when I moved into my new apartment I waited till the apartment was set up in order to put the table together when I opened the box the glass table is cracked in the corner and all I want is a replacement I don't want a refund I want to replacement of the table
