The media could not be loaded. I am very impressed with the quality of this safe. It's sturdy, has a very quick fingerprint scanner, and pops open within a second. The entire interior of the safe is padded, with the exception of the glass shelf (which is a great addition). The top part inside the safe has a separate compartment (also fully padded) with a combination lock; adding an additional layer of security. And to everyone who states this safe isn't working properly because "any fingerprint can open it"—you are correct. That is the DEFAULT behavior, as well as the behavior that occurs once you clear the memory of all fingerprints. You have to program at least one fingerprint in order for it to not open with just any finger; it says so in the instructions and behaves as such. This safe also comes with impressively-large screws/anchors to secure it to the wall. Upon receiving it I was very glad it looked just like the photos. The white color is very clean and gives off a luxury look. After opening it I noticed the inside seal of the opening is cracked along the the edge all around. This crack doesn’t let the door seal properly and sets the alarm off because it isn’t a proper seal. I emailed the manufacturer immediately and they responded very fast and said it was damaged during shipping probably. They asked for order number and address and said they would be sending me a new one and to keep the damaged one. I’ve emailed for updates on the new safe and no response. I emailed again and again for a status update on the safe and still no response. That’s very disappointing!!!!! ... show more

I went to open it today and the fingerprint reader just started beeping and wouldn’t stop. Oh I got the keys took the batteries out put them back in and it worked fine. Second time I tried to open it it kept beep wouldn’t open and kept beeping and beeping and beeping Thing is become useless. Any suggestions? I sure would appreciate it. ... show more

    • Good product, wish it didn't use 4x AA batteries, and instead some rechargeable battery pack.
Works really well, you do have to be careful, the fingerprint sensor works really well, however, if you have wet hands or sweaty hands, the fingerprint sensor will not work. So I recommend adding more than just one finger, that way you don't run into the alarm sound from too many false fingerprint scans. The keypad also works great, can have a very solid code to unlock it. The key is quite difficult to fit in, it seems to need to be put in at a certain rotation, so that took some time to get used to but works fine. Only complaint is that it will beep very loudly if you leave the door open for only about a minute, sometimes I am taking things out and putting things in and it will be beeping nonstop. So you have to constantly close and re-open it to stop the beeping. ... show more

Absolutely love this safe. I have tried many safes in the past and none were durable and spacious as this one. The set up was easy and fits almost everywhere. The fingerprint is great(keeps the little ones out once they start remembering numbers). Plan to buy another one soon!!!
