Very soft yet sturdy. I have worn it all day and wasn't to uncomfortable. The only problem was the spine stabbing into my side when I sat down. But I adjusted it a couple if times and put my bra under that part, it was fine then. It did not roll up or down. Stayed in place which was very nice. I ordered a size smaller than what I normally wear and it helped alot. It even helped with my back pain. It was hard to get on because it is a pull over/up. But once it is on it is on. Definitely recommend even if just used to help stabilize your back.
