Nicely finished and looks sleek and modern. It will keep the average thief that is looking for a quick opportunity to grab something from your house, but not a thief that has the time or hand tools to work on it. I find the fingerprint opening is not always reliable and could take several attempts to open. The numbers pad works without flaw. The alarm is a joke and doesn’t even wake up my dog. Overall, if your looking for a bookshelf safe to hold things you don’t want the maid or repairman to snatch up then this works well. Don’t forget to bolt it down, or it can easily be picked up and taken. If you don’t care what it looks like, then you can save some money and get a cheaper one that has the same level of protection, but I like it for what it does. ... show more

I love the safe! Once you get it all set up it's very easy to use with the thumb print. Of course it's small so I put an apple AirTag in it so if it was to get stolen I could still track it. Seems pretty sturdy. It's better than what I expected it to be

It’s sturdy, the thumb print works great, easy to set up. The only downside is the box must have been dropped, there was a small dent in the top corner. Seemed like too much trouble to return it, so I bought while nail polish & touched it up. Looks good enough. Happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I am very impressed with the quality of this safe. It's sturdy, has a very quick fingerprint scanner, and pops open within a second. The entire interior of the safe is padded, with the exception of the glass shelf (which is a great addition). The top part inside the safe has a separate compartment (also fully padded) with a combination lock; adding an additional layer of security. And to everyone who states this safe isn't working properly because "any fingerprint can open it"—you are correct. That is the DEFAULT behavior, as well as the behavior that occurs once you clear the memory of all fingerprints. You have to program at least one fingerprint in order for it to not open with just any finger; it says so in the instructions and behaves as such. This safe also comes with impressively-large screws/anchors to secure it to the wall. There is no way that safe is going anywhere with these securing it in place. 5 stars; would recommend! ... show more

Fingerprint lock recognition is very poor, I’d say 10% of times. Digital number pad works well, 100%. The knobs at the bottom are not leveled and not adjustable so the safe is not steady without being bolted. Looks ok, but not as it shown in the pictures. Paint drips on the door corners.
