I was in the market for a new pair of gaming headphones but didn't want to spend $100+. Stumbled across this set and figured I'd give it a try and was pleased with the results. The headphones themselves are pretty lightweight and don't put any stress on your head while wearing them. The overall size of the headphones is good and after using them for an extended time they remained comfortable. The headset comes with the ability to be used wirelessly using Bluetooth but also comes with a wired cord to connect directly to a device. Bluetooth set up was easy and instantaneous, plugged the receiver into my PS4, turned on the headset and I was connected instantly with no issues. Wired connection with the Xbox works without having to charge the headset, you just plug it in and it the headphones work (I was unable to get the microphone to work in this setting, don't know if you lose that ability when wired connection is in use so look into this further if you are purchasing for Xbox use as Bluetooth is not permitted on that console) Overall I'm happy with my purchase, the sound is good for the price and it's comfortable and lightweight for extended use. ... show more

The nice packaging left a good first impression with a design that resembles or premium brands like razor or Logitech. Taking a look at everything that's included the removable mic is very appreciated, although I feel like a cap to plug the hole would have been really nice. And the two included cables one that is type C to USDA and the second which is USB C to headphone jack, which I really like over a standard headphone jack so it saves space. The USB dongle is really nice for playing on switch or Playstation to get the best possible latency. And the metal headband gives this a sturdier feel. The Bluetooth connection is been reliable and has a decent distance. All of these factors lead to a very versatile item that can be used in many ways very easily however, the main part of the headphones isn't quite as nice. The fit and sound quality are just okay. The ear cups are kind of loud and the headband cushion could be better. So overall all of the surrounding portions of this headset a really amazing but the core listening and feel stop this from being the number one choice of budget wireless headsets. ... show more

Let me be clear, if you want to use it as a glorified speaker system only then it works for Xbox. If you'd like to be able to have the microphone work and talk to friends/anyone, then you need to look elsewhere. Now see most of the critical reviews all stating the same, has to do with the fact that it's offline when it's wired and that causes mic to be ineffective. This really is upsetting as everything else about the product looks great, the sound when playing is awesome and looks durable, just unable to communicate to anyone over xbox. ... show more

I bought these for my nephew for a bit of gaming and I had to steal them. I go to treatments I put headphones on for each week and I used them for first week just to try and they were so perfect to relax and hear nothing around me in the doctors office. I ended up swiping them from him and will have to order another pair. I don’t need the mic but I like them a lot.i did do a test phone can and the mic works very well. My mother couldn’t tell I was on a headset at all. They are super light weight I liked that as well because in these treatments I put music on and just get lost. The sound, mic, and build quality were all top notch. I actually bought these for long teleconferences. Gaming headsets are more comfortable, sound clearer, and with the wrap-around muffs, also help block out unwanted noises better then standard teleconference head sets. The soft, fuzzy material also prevents sweat and was very comfortable for long periods. The battery lasts way longer than I can. My only complaint would be that it does not have dual-device capability like some other headsets, so I have to "forget device" and repair every time I change devices. ... show more

Big but very comfortable headset, that can connect via Bluetooth, USB adapter or via wire. You can switch between Bluetooth and adapter mode by double clicking the power button. Also the microphone can easily be turned off with a simple button press and it is even visually represented by the light on the microphone turning off. The sound quality is great for my uses! The physical volume rotation knob on the headphones lets you quickly and precisely adjust the volume; with Bluetooth connected you you can adjust the volume both on your phone and independently on the headphones, so make sure to dial this to a setting where the power/mic on/off announcements are not too loud.
