Be readily prepared to buy multiple sets of socket wrenches...we didn't realize the bolts would come in such an odd size. Proceeded to buy your typical 1/4 inch socket wrench set hoping the 13 would fit, did not. Bought a larger set, 3/8....waiting for that to come in so we can hopefully set these up. They do look and feel sturdy, but it would've been nice to have a "instructions" telling us what size tools we would need. ... show more

Wheel and swivel nicely but the part isn't capable of anywhere near the 250Lbs load stated, my gate is maybe 100lbs total and this thing bottoms out. I've ordered some stiffer springs to try out, so I may be able to save this yet, but it isn't what it says out of the box.

I bought 3 to go on a single and double swing gate in hopes the the wheel will relieve some of the weight and prevent sagging. These are well made and sturdy. Hard to say if it will prevent sagging but it sure helps the gates track better when opening and closing.
