These are my first real bands to buy for working out at home. I was surprised by the quality! The bands are sturdy but soft elastic fabric, with silicone on the inside to help keep them in place. I love that you have three band strengths to choose from and long, narrower bands too for upper body. There are instructions with leg and arm exercises as well as a bag for storage. These are so much better than rubber exercises bands that tend to slip and pinch. These fabric bands have a nice rubber grippyness in the inside of the band to prevent slipping. They have a snug fit but it doesn’t pinch! They stay in place throughout all exercises! Additionally, they come in three different resistances- allowing you to up the resistance throughout all exercises. They are best for use on your legs. They come in a nice little carrying case so I can throw in my gym bag and go! Wondering why I didn’t order sooner! The rubber resistance bands that I have used in the past would fold into a narrow strip that would gouge my skin. These do not! It's also cool how each band is rated for resistants in pounds. Now it's time to build some muscles and this is a great way to start!!
