At first I was skeptical. I've had low-budget hardware before and had always found the experience inadequate. But I've been nothing but impressed with this cute, tiny little box and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly general-purpose computer. It's no good for 'modern' gaming (which if that's what you're looking for, you wouldn't be looking at these kinds of computers anyway), but for everything else typically done at home it's perfectly fine. Boot time: So fast my monitor actually takes longer to turn on than it takes for the computer to be ready to log in. Gaming performance: About what I expected. Console-grade Unreal Engine titles from as far back as 2015 generally run unacceptably badly, requiring reduction to minimum detail levels at low resolution to reach even a minimum standard of playable. But as a *kids* gaming device? Sure. Minecraft requires a bit of tweaking to get it to run well ('Fancy' graphics, reduce resolution to 900p, 3x3 textures and 8 chunk render/simulate distance) but it is workable and looks fine. Even the most demanding Roblox experiences are reasonably playable at medium detail levels (automatic is fine). Mobile-class games like various Tower Defense games, including ones with low-detail 3D graphics, run perfectly well. Load times are really quick except in Minecraft. Web browsing: Everything is fast and responsive enough that your internet connection is likely to be the sole frustrating thing about it (oh and btw the WiFi chip/antenna is of pretty decent quality so it's your ISP that will be the pain, not the box itself). Even the text editors with built-in grammar checking will be 100% responsive -- a surprise given that this was a significant pain point in the last low-budget computer I got (I had to disable grammar checking in order to keep it responsive on previous devices -- but not on this one). Endless scrolling and loading of images on social media are as fast as your internet connection will allow, which for me meant scrolling Facebook literally as fast as my mouse wheel could go and not experiencing any noticeable hitches. (Note: I have a Pi Hole on my network that eats up ads, and ads are always a pain point in internet loading). For good measure I loaded up YouTube videos in 4 different windows and forced them to 1080p/60 quality mode. All four windows were rendering the video at full resolution and full frame rate with no visible hitching. Stream decoding is fast enough for any kind of video streaming a reasonable person would be doing. I only did a cursory check of Office productivity capability. For this I found some decently large documents and loaded them with LibreOffice. I didn't notice any hitching as I scrolled through the documents, edited them and even tossed in some typical use-case spreadsheet calculations. While I can't say if it'll be ideal for, say, an accountant or author or artist who will want to use absurdly large sheets with complex calculations or thousand-page drafts with dozens of revisions that the document tracks, or massive Photoshop jobs, I *can* say that if your use case is such that you're even considering a low-end PC, this one will suit your needs well enough. Color me impressed. 10 years ago I bought a 'mid-range' CPU that all by itself cost more than this box, not counting everything else I had to buy for the PC that CPU went into. This box, for less than the price of that CPU, substantially outperforms it, and does so while being dead silent and consuming no more power than an LED lightbulb. I'm sold.

This is small and sleek and works great. Comes with Windows 11 and everything runs fast. I was impressed with all the USB ports. I was able to hook up my speakers and all accessories with no issues. Very good quality for the cost.

My grandma hates computers. She has refused to buy a computer newer than 3 years out of date and always picks the absolute lowest tier of big name PC makers. It will work great at first. It doesn't take long until I then get to play tech support as it quickly becomes slower and slower until it finally makes it to the big scrap heap in the sky. Yes, I'm the family computer geek. This most recent time... well, she needed a new computer but wasn't going to buy a new computer until the one that I lent her died. It started begging for the sweet, sweet release of a big blue screen right around the time that she decided to move 5 states away to be closer to her son (my uncle) and her great-grandkids (his grandkids). I decided that it was time to just get her one (and get her a GOOD one) instead of letting her drag a 10 year old, dying brick of a computer 1000 miles away. Plus, that was my 10 year old, dying brick of a computer, thank you very much. I had plans for it before I lent it to her and buying this was cheaper than buying new parts for my project. Seriously, this little PC is CHEAP in the best way possible. It's very solid, has an amazingly small form factor that impresses everyone who sees it, and this little thing RIPS. It's fast. It's not top tier parts but it's far from bargain bin either. It's light-years beyond anything that she's used before. She doesn't need it for much. She just needs to check her email about once a month, search for a nearby business or address, and maybe order gifts for her great-grandkids every so often. (Honestly, this PC is more powerful than what she needs but the one thing that she hates more than computers is cell phones.) She's 87, does not understand computers, and does not WANT to understand computers. She actually likes this little PC. She has an old 22" Dell monitor that she loves and refuses to get rid of. How old is it? 1 VGA port only, no HDMI, much less Display Port. One of the big selling factors for choosing this as her gift was the VGA. I paired it with a tiny VGA cable, got a little VESA mount/adapter for the monitor, and let her have her pick of my old keyboards and mice. She's now got a tiny little PC attached to her tiny monitor that stays out of her way but is there when she reluctantly has to use it. It's got my anti-virus on there under a "parental control" account so that even from opposite sides of the Gulf of Mexico, I can serve as tech support lol. If you've got an aging family member who hates PCs but needs one, I recommend this whole heartedly. I also think that it could make a great home theater PC, a kid's first school work PC, a smart home hub, a travel PC that can plug into hotel TVs, a garage workshop PC/projector/TV and so much more. Once I finish with my current projects, I'll absolutely be buying at least two more of these for other projects.

Feels snappy. Plenty of ram. HDMI not working well with my LG monitor but Displayport is fine. Room for one additional NVME drive. BIOS has a setting for performance/noise level set to quiet, I changed it to performance and have had no issues. BIOS is extremely difficult to use and couldn't find documentation so don't expect to do much there. Must download and install driver set from website (there is a batch file that installs everything at once) and then I got the Radeon driver from AMD. Windows 11 setup a bit strange and resulted in Microsoft ads and OneDrive despite saying no, Reinstall would probably resolve. Nice looking. Decent for the price!

The Kamrui E3B is a high performant and low energy consuming Mini-PC, especially when you're running Linux on it. Unfortunately the PC didn't boot up anymore after ~6 month. As I am living in Germany now, I've contacted the German phone number which was on the PC...and here the horror trip begun. The provided tips and tricks didn't work for me so a replacement PC was needed. As I said I am living in Germany now and contacted the German support team, I still got mails from the US-Support and was asked to ship the faulty PC to the US, as I mentioned that I live in Germany now, they provided me a German shipping address. After I've sent the PC (on my own costs!) to the German warehouse, I've received an E-Mail that my model is out of stock and they offered me an inferior and older model, although it was still in stock on Amazon in Germany. As I mentioned that, they said that the replacement must be shipped from the warehouse were it was originally sent from. So I contacted the German support again which guaranteed me, that I can get a replacement PC, also when I am not in the US. In the meantime Kamrui contacted me and said that the model is available again but still said that they can only send it from the original warehouse and only to the US. So I can either state a US address or get a refund and buy the PC in Germany again (the price of the PC doubled in the last 6 Month, so this was not an option). So I argued again with the Kamrui US and German support and finally got a replacement in Germany. This all took me about 3-4 weeks where I couldn't use the PC, although I've needed it. So concluded: The PC itself is a very good product and I can recommend it. But I can't recommend the US Support. You may experience a long and exhausting journey.

I am using the KAMRUI AK1PLUS for my home theater; my old Mini-PC could not be upgraded to Windows 11. Speaking of Windows 11, I was surprised the first time I turned on the PC, Windows 11 popped up to my screen. I do not believe Windows 11 was noted in the product description, so this was an excellent boon! Fast booting PC with Wi-Fi and is ultra silent. It comes with a power supply and has two HDMI ports for connecting to a monitor or HDTV. In addition, it has sharp 4K graphics. There are ample USB ports (USB 3.0 x 2 & USB 2.0 x 2) on the side and back of the unit. Also, I still have 2.5" SSD Hard Drives from past computers, and this Mini PC allows the use of this form factor, which is hard to find in a Mini PC these days. Access to the 2.5’ SSD compartment is easy and allows for fast installation of the drive. The 2.5" SSD supports up a maximum of 2TB. Overall, excellent value and I am happy with the purchase.

Great Little PC for the cost. I have read some concerning reviews around the Web about this machine mentioning some possible malware imbedded in the Windows installation but that did not concern me at all since this was going to be a Linux box. Wiped the drive and installed Linux Mint 22. Man, this little baby cooks! More than enough for what I am going to use it for. The wireless is fast, the graphics are more than respectable (as long as you do not intend to run Fortnite at high graphics). The RAM is single channel but once again, I am working on web based research and genealogy so that is not a concerning thing. Drop in a second SSD for storage and you have a great little workhorse that takes up a very small amount of space. I am not sure if the malware thing is true but if you are concerned, it is easy enough to reformat the drive then restore Windows 11. Highly recommended!

Computer was fine, for about a month. Now it keeps crashing. Screen will randomly go black, reboots randomly. And now it won’t stay connected to any internet source (not my home WiFi or cell hotspot). The internet is fine, it’s the computer. All I use on this computer is chrome, adobe reader, and excel. It’s not like I’m using it as a gaming computer. I thought it was great at first, the size is so small and perfect to sit on the desk behind the monitor, and it really was just a plug and play situation, but there is no reason why it should be acting up like this so early from the start. It cost way too much for these issues. It ran really fast compared to the computer I was coming from, but now at this point it is proving to be useless and I’m literally just days outside of the return window. This just started now that I can’t return it. So aggravating to lose hundreds of dollars for no reason. Now the computer won’t come back on at all. After multiple attempts to contact support, I finally get someone on the phone and they sound so far away from their phone I can’t understand a word they’re saying. Now the call dropped, and the call won’t go through to the number again, saying the call can’t be completed as dialed. Even more frustrated now.
