What a STEAL. I bought this mini-pc about a week ago as a replacement for my ACER Helios Predator that costs about 10 times as much. And sure enough after setting it up it loads and runs everything fast enough that I don't notice the difference. I am running streaming (IPTVSmartersPro), Diablo 2 Resurrected and LOTRO all at once and it handles it just fine. I bought the 32 gig 1tb option. When I purchased his mini it also gave me an additional $150 off, so I paid roughly $350. The only downside to this is the Type-C on my laptop supported video display, but on this device it does not seem to. However the MINI-PC has Display-port AND HDMI so perfect for my set up. I originally was gonna give 4 stars, but since it did not matter about the Type-C problem this device deserves 5 stars. It uses an OLD technology called eSata (as opposed to nVME but you won't notice the difference much if at all. Boot up and setup took a while but once that is done it will run so fast. Overall if you are like me and trying to make every dollar work for you than this is the clear choice. I will more than likely remove the nVME and memory from my old laptop and put into the mini, but even so it still runs very quiet, you will not hear a thing (at least compared to my old laptop which the fan is making a LOT of noise.

First, something that wasn't obvious to me at time of purchase (June 2025): Yes, this system comes with Windows 11 preinstalled! I bought the 32GB/512GB/7430U configuration. Note this is a DDR4-based system, which is becoming obsolete and is slower than the more common DDR5. Quite happy so far. As per other reviews, the Wifi card is not compatible with Linux and I installed a WiFi 6E AX210 NGW Wireless Card for $21 without issue. Disassembly was straightforward. Interesting to find two NVMe SSD slots: one SATA (which they populated, likely for cost reasons) and one PCIe NVMe. SATA is slower, but gives acceptable levels of performance for the casual user this system is targeted for. Installation of Ubuntu 24.04 Desktop was typical - no surprises - on my own NVMe SSD (removed the stock SATA one just to be sure I wouldn't hurt it). Wired networking worked fine. All USB ports tested and working well. RAM tested perfectly with MemTest86+. Of course, the upgraded Wifi card worked great and as expected, works well in Windows 11 too. So while this system hasn't had a lot of hours put on it, it's quiet and performs well enough for the typical 60% browser, 30% Thunderbird, and 10% LibreOffice needs. The mother-in-law will be happy and surprised to replace the large desktop with this little box! Hoping reliability won't be an issue!

After a few days of using the computer, it seems that the computer is stuck at bios and unable to boot into windows. I have reached out to customer service and their solutions did not work. Then the support person asked me to return/replace from Amazon because it's within 30 days of purchase or check with local computer shop to get it fixed. The overall customer service experience is just not good. I used both phone and Whatsapp customer service. The service phone call was just not useful while Whatsapp customer service provided a link to a instructions to address the issue, but the instructions are very generalized and seems for computer from another company. Anyhow.

I am using Linux Mint on this device while i'm writing this review.I have to say that i am amazed with the performance and comfort of this miniPC. It has enough RAM memory to run multiple programs or do multiple tasks with no problem. The power consumption is very low, about 5W using common software like web broser and email clients. The SSD drive makes everything really fast. Very easy to mount, easy to carry, cheap and the power to play a lot of videogames or editing videos. This is a totally recommended device.

Seems to be pretty good. A few problems with it. Will not wake up from sleep or hibernation modes. I have tried different settings. When booting seem to have a rather lengthy boot before monitor comes alive. Lack of support. I have emailed support( only way to get support) and I have received no answers. I was looking for firmware update or bios update to no avail. Website for product is just advertisement. No real support to download updated drivers or software. Over all runs well. Just a few things need fixing. If support reads this contact me.

The item was easy to set up. It was basically plug and play. The pc was fast and quick and my kid was able to play his games in it. I also got a good deal. Lastly, I thought customer service was great and very attentive and responsive when I needed them.
