First off, I have to admit it: I like mini-PCs, and so far, I think that this is probably one of the best of those that I have. It’s also my first and only RYZEN, so now I can actually play a game that my i9 mini-PC won't. The specs speak for themselves, but what's immediately noticeable is that this is actually a snappy PC. It easily plays a bunch of videos at the same time – or the game of choice. It does, of course, all those things like Word and Excel. It also runs Linux quite well. All-in-all a quite “well-rounded” PC. Has the ports that you want and need and – believe it or not – space for TWO NVMe SSDs! There isn’t much I don’t like about it. I’m not a fan of vertical cases that can’t be set horizontal, but it does take up less space on my already crowded desk. I’m also not a big fan of the power button/performance knob (which is actually handy)…not because it’s HUGE, but because it’s easy to press when changing cables. Two months ago I took the plunge and purchased this despite some initial hesitations about its small size and it being from a brand I'm not familiar with. After extensive daily use, I can confidently say this little powerhouse was worth every penny and then some! While mini PCs often sacrifice performance for portability, this one truly delivers speed and reliability on par with much bulkier towers. It handles everything from basic web browsing to the latest games with ease thanks to its impressive specs packed into a tiny frame (I still can't believe it's way better than my huge gaming tower I replaced it with). I am particularly impressed by how well it runs graphics-intensive games like The Sims 4 on maximum settings without a hitch. I have a dual boot setup and use Manjaro Linux 90% of the time, and I've had zero issues with it (drivers all work properly; no setup issues). Another huge plus is the ability to switch between different performance modes to optimize system resources as needed. I mostly leave it on Auto, but kicking it into Performance takes gaming to the next level. And it even runs pretty quietly despite the intense graphical demands. For those seeking a mini PC that doesn't compromise on performance, this is a fantastic option. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new PC. I waited quite a few months of use on this before i decided to review. I bought this for my son for Christmas who was dying for a gaming computer. We all know how expensive legit gaming computers are and I wasn't willing to shell out thousands for a computer at the time. I searched far and wide for like two months for a decent priced gaming computer to give him the capabilities that he was looking for with the games he plays. All of that searching led me to this. At first I was weary because it's mini. But, the specs were pretty great regardless. I took a chance because the price was fantastic. If it didn't work as described, I would return and keep searching. At first he was like, it's smaller than my Xbox how am I going to play my games on this?! We hooked it up. Super easy. No complications at all. We liked how it had a decent amount of ports. It's super quiet, literally no sound at all. There is no heat penetrating from it either. Because of its mini size, of course there is so much more room on his computer desk. All of this still stands to this day, 6 months later. My son has downloaded so many games, plays gta, fortnite, various other steam games on it. He's hooked it up to VR and played various oculus games.
