Absolute workhorse
Size: AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS/24GB RAM+1TB SSD
Incredible little workhorse. Very compact and fits nicely on a small desk. Setup was very easy. For the price you get amazing specs and it is very fast. However it does not do to well for gaming, you can run certain smaller games but since its graphics card is internal it does not render 3d very well and will cause you huge amounts of lag. Overall if you plan to use this for productivity this is an amazing option with good value for the price!

Great as a home office computer and light gaming
Great as a desktop computer, easily portable, for office, video playback and light gaming. Excellent value for money, impossible to assemble a complete PC with comparable characteristics at this price. In terms of connectivity, it has a double LAN network card plus WiFi, Bluetooth, 2 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0 ports on the front together with a multifunction USB-C, which has a data transmission and video output function. Both hdmi and display port output and there is also a 3.5 audio jack. Inside there is installed a 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 512GB SSD. It is possible to add a traditional ssd disk using an adapter supplied. While the installed processor is an AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with a stable frequency of 2.1 GHz while the maximum frequency can reach 4 GHz, which makes the PC fast and never hesitant as well as responsive, with an integrated AMD Radeon RX Vega GPU 7 Graphics with 1.8GHz frequency that smoothly handles office applications, multimedia, video editing and light gaming. The heatskin seems to be very generous and the fan, which comes into operation at boot, as per standard, and during small movie editing sessions, has a low noise footprint which, all in all, does not disturb. Comes with Windows 11 pro operating system, easy to use and configure. Really satisfied both by its performance but also by its multifunctionality, being essentially a complete PC, a sort of all-in-one, transportable, versatile at an affordable price.

Versatile system
Size: AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS/24GB RAM+1TB SSD
I purchased this system for light gaming such as MapleStory, doing my grad work for college and streaming Netflix and other streaming services that my tv smart apps doesn’t have. The system runs smoothly for my needs. It has ports for me to plug my wireless peripherals into and ports for me to run dual monitors. The small form factor makes it convenient for travel and transporting from office to living room for my various needs. The packaging for this product was surprisingly secure and well thought out with no wasted space. My only problem came after 2-3 months when the system would boot to an error screen and got stuck in a loop. I reached out to customer service who provided troubleshooting steps which unfortunately didn’t resolve my problem. I ended up shipping the system back at my expense and received a replacement unit within a week. This product will be updated to five stars if my replacement unit survivors past the original units life span.

great mini gamingcomputer
Size: AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS/24GB RAM+1TB SSD
so far so good. it took about 45mins to setup due to updates via wifi. got so i could get back to playing WoW and with the expansion Midnight I knew i needed to ditch my gaming laptop. this works great. i live in a small studio so no room for a normal desk top. i use my Roku tv as the monitor and it drives my kitten crazy trying to get the mouse. size is great, speed is good. played wow for 6hrs and it was warm to the touch not hot. i would say that this is pretty good for the money compared to spending over $1200 for a gaming laptop.

BEWARE OF KAMRUI AND THEIR SUPPORT REP CHRIS
, I have purchased a # of Kamrui Mini PC's over the last 2 plus years. Shortly before I wrote this original review I had an issue with one of the previous Kamrui Mini PC's that I purchased the Mini PC just died, Prior to that PC dying I unfortunately had two other prior Kamrui Mini PC's that ended up having issues, that required me to send the mini pc back to Kamrui, on those issues I dealt with a lady by the name of Kin she was extremely helpful and she was also very quick to make good on the issue at hand. Unfortunately that is not the case with the latest issue I had, This time around I did not deal with Kin, I dealt with a gentleman by the name of CHRIS. I emailed support and I explained the issue where the PC just died right in the middle of working on it. Chris informed me that I was a VIP customer do to the amount of purchases I had made with Kamrui in the past. He provided me with the address of where I should send the faulty pc, I explained to Chris that I needed to replace the pc as quick as possible, Chris informed me that I could purchase another Kamrui mini pc through Amazon that day so that I would have it delivered the next day, He informed me that he was going to refund me in full for the faulty pc once they received it. So I followed Chris's instructions I purchased another Kamrui Mini PC and I had it the next day, now here is where things changed and where things went south. Kamrui received the broken mini pc within 2 days of me sending it to them, I informed Chris that the pc was received, I provided him with the tracking number 2 days earlier when I had sent the pc out to them, but when I informed Chris that the pc was delivered I provided a link from the USPS that showed the pc being delivered, Chris once again said that I will receive the refund within 2-3 days, Well that refund never came, and after a few days I reached out to Chris only to receive no response back, fast forward 2-3 weeks and a few more emails that I sent asking about the refund still w/o a response, I finally heard back from good ole Chris, Chris had informed me that I was not going to get the refund that he originally told me I was receiving, he told me that it was not approved, meanwhile he never mentioned anything about it needing an approval, in fact e reassured me that I have no need to worry the refund will be done 1-2-3.... Now mind you he was the one that told me I could purchase the replacement pc to limit my downtime, so that is exactly what I did because I was getting refunded for the faulty pc so that refund was going to cover the money out of pocket that I dished out for the new replacement pc.. Long story short I tried to explain that since I was told by him verbatim I was being refunded, he said that my only option was for him to send me a replacement pc, I tried to plead my case but CHRIS could care less, I tried to explain that I shouldn't have to go along with these change of plans, and that is when good ole CHRIS decided not to respond back to me ever again, CHRIS in fact blocked me from communicating with Kamrui completely. It is now February and I still do not have my refund nor do I have a replacement pc, I've emailed Kamrui support from an alternative email address, not mentioning who I was, which Chris responded a day or two later, Once I explained who I was CHRIS once again left me hanging,.. I NEVER EVER had any issues or problems at all with Kin, which was the person handling their support prior to CHRIS coming on to the scene. Looking back out of the almost 10-11 PC's I have purchased myself 4 maybe even 5 of them ended up having issues that required me to get replacements. that is an awfully high percentage when you come to think about it. If CHRIS treated me who was considered to be a VIP Customer since I had made many many pc purchases with Kamrui this way. how is CHRIS going to treat a customer who purchased just 1 pc. I'm reaching out to Amazon directly by phone, I have all of the emails on hand to show Amazon what I was told. As far as anyone else possibly considering purchasing a Kamrui Mni PC, you might want to consider an alternative brand. Keep in mind that Kamrui also owns Ace Magic, I purchased 3 of those in addition to the Kamrui pc's and already 1 of them is having issues as well. DON'T LET CHRIS LIE TO YOU AND IGNORE YOU THE WAY HE DID WITH ME..

It’s a tiny powerhouse.
Size: AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS/24GB RAM+1TB SSD
I’m loving this little thing. I was in a need of a decent home always ON pc that has enough power to do everything, and this mini PC fit the bill perfectly. I had it setup with a remote KVM over IP and it has been perfect. It runs 24/7 and has all the apps installed and it just goes on and on without complaining. No heat issues, not noise and best part very low power consumption. Tons of I/O, I will probably buy few more for friends and family who wants a PC in the cloud experience without the cloud. If you need one, don’t think and just buy it. You will be happy with the purchase.

Outstanding, tiny and practical, so hard to believe something so tiny packs such a punch
I ordered this mini PC hoping to get my wife a usable surfing machine, I honestly wasn't expecting much for the price. But I am pleased to report that it has worked fantastically, it is extremely reliable. As a matter of fact, I am yet to hear a single complaint from my wife in the 3+ months she has used it except that one of the cats bumped into her power strip and shut it down, can't blame the PC for that. I do have one minor complaint: the PC was advertised as Windows 11 Professional, but it arrived with Windows 11 Home. Customer support sent me two separate keys to attempt to upgrade but no luck. I eventually got it upgraded by temporarily downgrading it to Windows 10 while it was offline. It is obviously something outside of their control, and even if it took a bit longer to have it corrected, I did end up with the correct OS license. As for day to day usage, my wife pretty much tortures this poor thing with a gazillion browser tabs open for 10-12 hours a day with ZERO issues. I like it so much that I have already decided to pick up a second one to replace my son's PC when it eventually dies on us. Apart from the performance I am really happy with how little it is, it takes no space, I could literally double-side tape it to the back of the monitor (the PC came with VESA plates but this monitor in particular blocks the way).
