I love the smaller width. I don't feel like I am going around with a TV on my wrist. The band is changeable with any 16mm band. It comes with a rubber strap and metal one. It paired easily. It does what I need it to do. No fancy stuff. I would have preferred the text from email or text to be just a bit bigger for these old eyes. UPDATED REVIEW!!! When shopping online I rely heavily on reviews so it only seemed right to come back and update you guys on the watch ! So , long story short I decided to keep the watch .. due to work I had to switch the watch from my right hand to my left hand and … HELLO the watch is working great ?!???!! Wth ? Lol no clue why but while being on my left hand I’ve had more accurate readings and the heart rate is even working now I couldn’t get it to read at all on the right hand ! It’s so weird but such a relief, I’ve actually grown to like the watch much more now that I can use it for what I bought it for ! I tracked my walk today and it was very accurate and close to what I’d get on my Apple Watch so I am so happy to come back and leave a more positive review ❤️ Not sure if there is a setting on the app to change what hand you’re wearing it on and I don’t particularly like having to wear it on my left hand but I’m getting used to it ! Idk,I really had high hopes for this watch but I’m thinking about returning it! If you are looking for a basic watch to just tell time then sure it’s cute and will serve it’s purpose. I needed a fitness watch something to track my daily workouts and walks this watch is super inaccurate when it comes to tracking calories, steps and heart rate. I walked a mile and worked out for an hour afterwards the watch said I burned 60 calories!!! 60!!?!? I’ve had an Apple Watch / Fitbit and I workout every single day so I do have an idea of how many calories I burn during workouts and this watch doesn’t even get close to the number :/ . The watch is definitely good for the price. My steps were very inaccurate on my left wrist, but I saw another review where the person had to switch. It’s the most accurate on my right. The battery holds well for over 24 hours. The sleep data syncs where I need it to. The only thing I was hoping for was that it monitored oxygen levels the way it does heart rate. But is like the blood pressure, in that, it takes a reading when you push it. Which is still helpful. ... show more

Compared to my cuff the watch readings are always perfect.
