So, where do I start? Right away there were issues with this couch. It arrived with one of the decorative gold studs missing from one side. That gave me a bad feeling right away about the sturdiness of the product. I called Amazon and said I would like to return or exchange it & they told me to get in touch with the company directly. When I did so, they offered to refund me $50 off the price. I told them that I wanted an aesthetically pleasing couch so if they couldn't exchange the one I had then I would have to return it. Honestly the fact that they would offer me $ back was nice but I was a bit concerned that they wouldn't offer or agree to return it, it just made me feel as though they weren't very concerned with the integrity of their product. I told them as much & they finally offered to replace the cushion that was missing the stud as well as refund me $50 off of what I'd paid. I agreed to that & they sent the new cushion which was fine. I wasn't able to put the couch together myself, it was confusing to me since it's split into 2 sections and 4 pieces altogether. So I ended up using Amazon's furniture builders (I don't remember what they're called but they give you an option to use them when you're placing your order). There was actually some confusion when I was trying to place the order for their help if they worked for Amazon or the company, literally each one kept telling me it was the other so I honestly don't even remember which it was but eventually I was able to have some guys come out and put it together and they were great and had it put together in no time. It looked nice (for a while at least, hint:foreshadowing lol) but when my daughter came to visit I could tell she didn't find it particularly comfortable & that was the whole reason I'd gotten a pull out futon. She ended up stacking comforters and sheets underneath her when she slept so that she wouldn't be as uncomfortable. Then finally real disaster struck when I was standing on a footstool right by it to dust my chandelier in my living room. I lost my balance and fell back onto one half of the couch and it somehow made it permanently lower than the other cushion making my couch look uneven and ridiculous. Half of the pictures posted are after the "incident' and then there are a couple prior to it, you can def tell them apart! The only solution I've been able to think of is to order these really oversize pillows and to put one in the center of the couch with matching ones on each side. Which means I had to order 2 pairs each of both the pillows and pillowcases so I'd have enough for 3. I haven't received them yet but maybe I'll update when I do & let you all know if it worked or not. But yeah my whole reason for getting this couch was because it was inexpensive and I liked the way it looked. But now it looks like a mess & I ended up paying another $100 to have it put together & the pillows were over $100 so I ended up spending like an extra $250 and for that I could've just gotten a nicer, more comfortable couch. Oh there is also a string hanging from it showing again how poorly put together it is & on top of that the fabric on the seats themselves is pretty much ruined. I board dogs and their paws easily stain the velvet fabric and don't come out no matter how hard I try. So yeah all in all, if this is a couch you're just using for show, like in an office or something, I'd say go for it but if you're planning on actually using it for guests or on a day to day basis I'd unfortunately have to suggest to look elsewhere. I really did appreciate the company giving me a refund but w/ all of the issues I've had with the couch, it's still really not worth it & I guess the bottom line is you get what you pay for:/

Honestly, this couch does seem a little flimsy in the back. Where the pieces were kept for the parts and tools but honestly it fits my small loft space really well and helps that it turns into a futon for when guests come over it’s mostly for looks unless we have guests over need the extra space.

I love it, I'm not going to deny that at first I was a little nervous when ordering a new product on Amazon, without stars, without rivies, but when I opened the boxes and assembled the furniture, I loved it, it has an excellent finish, I loved it I love the fabric, I'm in love with every detail, I love it 😍, and it arrived in very good condition and very protected!!!

We bought a futon to use temporarily while we renovate our house and I was so surprised at how fast it arrived and how clear and direct everything was. The futon is absolutely beautiful and it gives an almost vintage feel that we will use also for our wedding that’s coming up and I am just so impressed with the color and the feel of the fabric. The color is very rich and true to the pictures and the fabric is so soft and beautiful. I was taken away with how beautiful it looked and how soft it felt I am very impressed so I’m giving it a good review. The item comes in two boxes and all the things you need to assemble are in the cushions which have a nice Velcro that contains it. I definitely recommend!

The sofa looks beautiful as pictures, but don’t be fooled by that. If you are looking for a comfy sofa, this definitely not the one! The seat is so plush it goes deep when you sit. Even worse, this was supposed to serve as a temporary bed too but you CANNOT sleep on it. The middle section, the line between the two seat indents to your back when you lay on it. I couldn’t return because they wanted to charge me a shipping fee and also storage fee (although it was still in the return window). Not recommended… UPDATE after only two months use; you can easily feel the spring and hard wood when you sit and I am only 150 lbs!
