I order this light back in January 2020 and was very excited, i loved it so much and thought it accented the room beautifully. Loved that it was remote control too, but in November 2022 it stop working. Overall it lasted close to 2years. Not sure if its the remote but ive changed the batteries and it still won't turn on. the wires to hook this to the household current are very small although it is not drawing a lot of current since it is feeding a transformer. I didn't use the connector provided as it proved to be cumbersome and instead used my own wire nuts. this products claims that you can control it through an cell phone app via wifi but no app name is provided in the instruction. It is a very bright light and ultimately works great the remote works fine. the only question that I found disturbing is that it went turn on sometime in the middle of the night. ... show more

This has stopped working after 2 years of not even daily use. I use it in an extra closet and maybe have it on for 1-2 minutes a few days per week. There's no bulb and no way to get a light without needing to remove the whole thing and replace it. VERY disappointing. I bought this light a few monthes ago and it has looked great in my dining room. However it had stopped working a few days ago and I am not sure of the reason why. Maybe it was the light or maybe I did not get a professional to install it. I contacted the company and right away, they solved my problem without hesitation. They were there every step of the way and even sent me the same light a couple days after I reached out to them completely FREE.
