Here are a few things we really like about the chair: Tons of presets You can choose to target specific muscles or use a "specialty" preset, which is a massage program based on a trade or specialty (Office Clerk, for example). You can also choose the "Classic" programs which are intense. Realistic The massage is better than an actual human. It feels realistic, but more enveloping than a traditional massage. I have bought three of these chairs from kahuna. One of them broke down so I went through customer service and spoke to someone named Edward. Edward's English was very difficult to understand. I had to download a google app since he could not face time me. He had me tear apart the chair and try several things but none of them worked. He said he would get someone that spoke better English and have them call me. He also said he would send me a video of what to do. I did not get the video and no one called me to explain what to do. I called them several times and they continually change the story on what is and was is not covered under the warranty. Finally I said just sell me the parts and they refused. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! A massage chair is only as good as the Warranty and in this case the Warranty is worthless! ... show more

All 5 stars! I got the Kahuna EM-8300 chair and I am loving it. I was a little disappointed at first because you can’t adjust the intensity of the massage, but I have a small blanket in the back that makes the message perfect for me. This is the second one I have bought. The $3,500 modle is really good. The $5,500 modle is really really really good. I ride it every day. My back needs the massage. Our AZ house did not have a massage chair. I went with out for six weeks. When this came my first ride was a bit pain full. All the knots in my lower back and butt are gone. The heat setting helps. The lower leg and feet massage is incredible. Read the instructions before trying to move it. We used a dolly and a very strong wife. We did it!! Beautifully designed chair with amazing remote that has plenty of presets for every part of your body. I enjoy the upper back and neck presets. The heat option is also amazing. I highly recommend this massage chair.
