I have yet to put this together because it came damaged. The box looks like it was dropped with a large hole and lots of marks. I called Bushโ€™s customer service and the woman was very nice. She agreed to send a new part though it will be 3 weeks until it ships. This is inconvenient and I was hoping to have it set up by now. If they had compensated me somehow for the inconvenience Iโ€™d buy from them again. I get it accidents happen though they make a ton of money and I donโ€™t. I'm glad i bought this file cabinet. It gives my office nook a more professional look and is much better organized. I took my time with the assembly and it went smoothly, but you do need to know you're following diagrams rather than text.
