Great Product at the Right Price

It is exactly what I expected it to be. In my home, it is more about storage and organization than safeguarding access. I have no children at home and the safe is upstairs where few people will ever see it. Knowing I wanted it upstairs, weight was a major factor in choosing one of these budget safes due to the weight difference. This one weighed about 70lbs, so I could get it upstairs without assistance. It is not like a true safe. It needs to be assembled. The assembly was pretty straightforward, and I did it on my own in about an hour. It doesn't require a ton of mechanical expertise - the door and locking mechanism are pre-assembled - but the self-tapping screws can be a wrist-buster and are at an angle that makes using a drill difficult. It is bolted into a wood panel on the wall that I installed for stability in anchoring. It feels very sturdy and should hold up nicely until I outgrow it. The interior easily holds my three barrels and 4 pistols. I installed a couple of LED lights inside and it has been exactly what I was looking for, and a value, at $149.

Spacious and Sturdy Safe

Not bad for a safe under $200

it was easy to assemble and it’s super solid. the finger print lock seems to work great, haven’t had any issues. I would definitely recommend this safe to anyone looking for a solid budget safe. Mine came a little scratched up in a few places, and has a dent in the back. But still not a bad safe for the money.

Bad locking mechanism

Absolute crap safe. Locking hub siezed after 1 week of use. Key would not work. Batteries are full power. The knob physically won't turn to lock or unlock. Had to destroy the safe to get my items out.

Okay enough to keep

This gun safe is okay, but there were quite a few issues with mine. It holds more like 10 guns rather than the 12–15 that it claims, especially if you have larger firearms. A lot of the paint was also stripped off in different spots, and some of the metal shelf pieces were bent when it arrived. There were also a bunch of useless screw holes that seemed to serve absolutely no purpose. On top of that, there was a giant dent in the side of the safe, which was pretty disappointing. The code lock barely works and can be pretty frustrating to use, but I will say the fingerprint scanner actually works pretty good and is probably my favorite part of the safe. Overall, it has some decent features, but the quality control definitely needs some work.

This is a large safe that took less than 45 minutes to put all together. The inside walls have support for rifles, shotguns or any other long barrel firearm. It has multiple ways to access the safe. The instruction book provides detailed instructions on setting those up. It seems to be durable and as a woman I'm able to move the safe as long as it is empty It also has anchors if you need to ensure it's location and/or stability.
