The media could not be loaded. This is a great safe for a couple shotguns or deer rifles, with room for a couple pistols and ammo. The safe was delivered packaged with a heavy cardboard container, dense foam surround with metal angles on all corners, so it arrived safely to my door. The metal is a heavy gauge thickness and the 3 pin bolts inspire confidence in the security of your firearms. This isn't one of those light gauge "gun cabinets". The quality of the electronics, locks, and mechanisms is what you'd expect. The door swings easily and closes solid. The programming is easy, with an admin and an extra accessibility with a personal password. If the batteries die, use the keys to open the safe, or there is a jack to plug in an external battery box. I am impressed with this safe it has high value for low cost.

Because it won't even open. I followed the instructions in the manual, I tried the keys, I tried the keypad. Nothing worked. Also the k heros feels really flimsy and I'm worried I'll break it.

Great price but my duty rifle with 30 round mag will not allow the door to close. You can however, close and lock the “cabinet” with a 20 round mag inserted in your rifle. Full size pistols in the pockets attached to the door, will not allow you the cabinet door either. I use these pockets for my Glock mags. All in all, I secured it to the wall and it’s great for what I need, but space is EXTREMELY limited. All in all, an okay product!

This is a good safe for moderate security only. It will keep the kiddies out or anyone who doesn’t want to put a lot of effort into breaking in to it. If it had stationary pins on the hinge side. It would be much more secure. The way it is it only uses the hinge pins to secure that side with a bar. You could probably be in it in no time. It will work for me. I’m not looking to secure a family fortune. I melted it in my motorhome to secure a shotgun while traveling I think it should work fine for that. Also, I wish it was a little deeper as my shotgun has ghost sites on it, and there is barely enough room for it without hitting the back wall. I don’t know if any other safes are deeper, but it should be.

I was looking for a safe with a slim profile that could fit in a narrow spot and still feel sturdy. This one checked all the boxes. The setup was super easy — clear instructions and everything worked right out of the box. It’s light enough that I was able to move it by myself, but once bolted to the wall it feels solid and secure. There’s more room inside than I expected for such a compact design. Overall, a great buy for the price and exactly what I needed.

This gun safe is perfect for my needs. I have 2 shotguns and 2 handguns. This fits everything perfectly, yet it's not so big that it takes up too much space. It's not too heavy to move either. This fit perfectly in my closet. I like having the light in it and it has a great shelf for the ammo. The keypad was easy to set up, but having a key for it is a great backup.
