It is a security cabinet with a decent door. Good - ships flat, not a heavy safe at 85 lbs, works as intended. Key, finger print, and code lock work as intended. The door is preinstalled in the frame. Bad- Putting it together may take a while. I was cautious after reading reviews so I didn’t have to take it apart. The screws are self tapping so it’s hard to screw until it taps then it’s easy. The door is heavy so when it’s empty and the door open it leans and could tip over. I can’t bolt it to the floor. So I plan on raising it and bolting it to a wood platform of some kind to make it easier to access and harder to just pick up and walk out.

This gun safe is a solid option for the price. Setup was straightforward, and once assembled it feels sturdy and well-built for home use. The biometric fingerprint reader works fast and accurately — it unlocks almost instantly, which is exactly what you want in an emergency. Having the keypad and backup keys is also a nice extra layer of reliability. The interior has plenty of room for rifles and a few pistols, and I really like the adjustable shelves and racks. It makes organizing different firearms easy, including scoped rifles and an AR-style setup. The LED interior light is surprisingly useful in low-light situations, and the included pistol pouches are a nice bonus. Security-wise, the steel construction and locking bolts feel solid, and the alarm feature adds peace of mind if someone tries to tamper with it or enters the wrong code. Mounting it to the wall was simple using the included hardware, and it stays firmly in place. For around $200, this safe offers excellent value compared to many higher-priced options. If you’re looking for a reliable, quick-access rifle safe for home or hunting gear storage, this one is definitely worth considering.

Excellent Safe – Reliable and Spacious! I’m very impressed with this biometric home safe! The fingerprint scanner works quickly and accurately, and it’s great to have multiple ways to access it (fingerprint, keypad, and key). The 1.7 cubic feet size is perfect for storing important documents, cash, jewelry, and even a small handgun. It feels sturdy and secure, and the design fits well in both home and office settings. This gun cabinet is really nice. When you put it together it’s very sturdy and strong. Gives plenty of room for different styles of guns and ammo. Plus the seller is really focused on customer service and satisfaction. I would buy from them again. I would have given this product five stars but I took one away because assembly is not hard but is confusing because no parts has numbers or letters definitely what part it is. The front door and sides are not hard to figure out but which way the back is to be attached is confusing. It took me awhile to figure out what was top and what was bottom. Plus which side was interior and what was exterior. The three parts that make up the top, bottom, and interior shelf was confusing which one went where. The top was not hard to figure out because it has smooth metal side that lets you figure out it’s the top. But the bottom and interior shelf took me awhile to figure out which was which. The picture doesn’t show the parts in detail so you can’t use that to answer your questions. But once you figure out what parts are what it is easy to assemble. I’m still very happy with this product and would purchase again.

This is a piece of garbage. Putting something together with instructions isn’t the hardest thing but this experience is awful. The instructions are not accurate and the product I received was damaged when I received it because it’s thin garbage metal (see attached photo). I don’t always want to trust bad reviews but I should have here. You get what you pay for, and this is nothing more than bargain sweatshop trash. Connecting the door/sides/back was relatively easy but by the time it tells me to put the bottom in, there’s no way to do it without scratching everything up. Now I have to mess with that and figure out how to open the door that slammed shut and can’t open.

It took me about 20 minutes to set it up, but it was worth it; this safe is fantastic. Its construction is solid and sturdy. It is very easy to use once configured, and spacious enough to store everything inside. The fingerprint was easy to set up too.

This safe turned out to be a really solid purchase for the price. It feels sturdy, has plenty of space inside, and the layout makes it easy to organize rifles, ammo, and accessories. I like that it gives you multiple ways to unlock it fingerprint, code, or key which makes it convenient and reassuring. The fingerprint reader has been quick and responsive so far. It took a little time to set up, but nothing too difficult. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to and feels like good value for the money.

The cabinet arrived in a flat pack worth all the hardware and tools needed for assembly. The pre-made screw holes in the metal lines up pretty good, with only a little bit of issue getting some of the screws into the top from the inside of the cabinet. The door is quite heavy compared to the rest of the cabinet, so securing the cabinet to the floor or wall is a must to keep the thing from tipping over every time the door is opened. This will also help to prevent theft of the entire cabinet. The electric lock works well. The beeps are quite loud, but there is a "mute" mode that will take care of that. The only issue I had (if you can call it an issue) is 1 of my shotguns with a 28" barrel is about 48" total length. I do have to store it at the very front spot (see pic) because it is just too tall to fit under the prepositioned shelf. I just wish it was a couple of inches taller. This isn't a maximum security safe, so I can see someone getting into this cabinet with a crowbar in just a couple of minutes, but it does add a layer of security and a place to store your guns neatly without spending $$$. Of course, this means the cabinet also isn't fire/water proof. Overall, the usefulness and space of this gun cabinet matches the price point.
