The cabinet arrived in a flat pack worth all the hardware and tools needed for assembly. The pre-made screw holes in the metal lines up pretty good, with only a little bit of issue getting some of the screws into the top from the inside of the cabinet. The door is quite heavy compared to the rest of the cabinet, so securing the cabinet to the floor or wall is a must to keep the thing from tipping over every time the door is opened. This will also help to prevent theft of the entire cabinet. The electric lock works well. The beeps are quite loud, but there is a "mute" mode that will take care of that. The only issue I had (if you can call it an issue) is 1 of my shotguns with a 28" barrel is about 48" total length. I do have to store it at the very front spot (see pic) because it is just too tall to fit under the prepositioned shelf. I just wish it was a couple of inches taller. This isn't a maximum security safe, so I can see someone getting into this cabinet with a crowbar in just a couple of minutes, but it does add a layer of security and a place to store your guns neatly without spending $$$. Of course, this means the cabinet also isn't fire/water proof. Overall, the usefulness and space of this gun cabinet matches the price point.

This gun cabinet is really nice. When you put it together it’s very sturdy and strong. Gives plenty of room for different styles of guns and ammo. Plus the seller is really focused on customer service and satisfaction. I would buy from them again. I would have given this product five stars but I took one away because assembly is not hard but is confusing because no parts has numbers or letters definitely what part it is. The front door and sides are not hard to figure out but which way the back is to be attached is confusing. It took me awhile to figure out what was top and what was bottom. Plus which side was interior and what was exterior. The three parts that make up the top, bottom, and interior shelf was confusing which one went where. The top was not hard to figure out because it has smooth metal side that lets you figure out it’s the top. But the bottom and interior shelf took me awhile to figure out which was which. The picture doesn’t show the parts in detail so you can’t use that to answer your questions. But once you figure out what parts are what it is easy to assemble. I’m still very happy with this product and would purchase again.

I am happy with this purchase. It does require some assembly but it wasn’t hard and is still very strong. It also means it arrives in a flat pack box which was unmarked so it’s not obvious what’s inside. The storage space is large with lots of options about what goes where. It feels secure, the lock is strong. Good purchase for a great price and private shipping

Solid, well built safe. The metal is thick, the door feels heavy, and the hinges are strong. The inside is thoughtfully designed — shelves, holders, lighting, and even small pockets on the door for accessories. The digital lock works smoothly and reliably, and the built-in lights make it easy to access your items without needing a flashlight. Plenty of space inside — fits long items, boxes, and documents with no problem. The safe is stable and comes with pre-drilled holes for floor or wall mounting. It looks solid and professional, not like some flimsy tin box pretending to be a safe. This one is absolutely worth the money.

This should be a great gun cabinet. No, it is not a fireproof safe. Some of the poor reviews were people thinking they would get a fireproof safe for under $700. First, unless you only own small .22 rifles, this is a 7 gun safe at best. I can't imagine what other guns you would have on the back wall that would allow you to use the sides as well. I did not mark it down for that though, as I could tell from the pictures that it was likely the case. Also, if you have shotguns, then you will not be able to install the upper shelf as it is not tall enough for them without removing the top shelf. Hunting rifles and such all fit fine. Again, no negative, as this was anticipated based on the cabinet height. Overall this thing should be great for the price, like 4 or 5 stars, but in my case the top does not fit. It is about 1/4 inch off. When the front of the top is in place, the back tab that sticks down to screw into the back rests 1/4 inch onto the top of the back. (see pictures) If I loosen the front screws to get the top to fit, there is a (relatively) massive 1/4" gap between the side and the front, and the back of the top does not align with the back. After going back and forth with the company I ended up getting a refund. I am not sure why they could not just ship a new top, but I don't run their business model.

Get what you pay for. Not thick and as strong like other expensive safes but I wasn’t looking to spend an arm and a leg. It’s durable, easy to set up and does the job! I love how it has different ways to open it and how it comes with the light. Great buy! I’d recommend this if you aren’t trying to spend an arm and a leg. Also pretty light so it’ll be easy to move if I ever have to.
