Literally was THE fix I needed for my 02 gs300 After battery swaps and then realizing it wasn’t the battery but the time for a new alternator I decided to try this one bc it was compatible with my car and closest to what I could afford - meaning it was much cheaper than the others, so I was skeptical that it would work to be honest bc it was so much cheaper than other options but Amazon has easy returns so worse case scenario I’d return it But no need too! I installed myself 4 months ago and since I’ve had ZERO issues with my cars battery. I didn’t realize before swapping that my car engine had a slight hum to it, I guess it had sound like that for so long it sounded normal to me but after the swap that humming has went away and the engine sounds like how an engine should. So yeah, I’m shocked, but for the price I paid (at the time of purchase I paid 90$ which was after taxes) you’re definitely getting a high quality part that’s in my opinion a steal. Sadly after recommending the same alternator to another Lexus owner who has the same make and model as my car and is in need of a replacement alternator themselves now too, I don’t see the same one I purchased listed anymore by this brand and that’s very disappointing bc i would recommend this company’s product for my Lexus owners every time but it hard to recommend a product that’s no longer available. I’m hoping it will come back, maybe they’re out of stock but it again will be available bc it NEEDS to be. After my true life trial of this company’s product I can’t and I won’t recommend an alternative product for the same price that’s not by this brand bc I can’t honestly say it’ll work since I’ve only tried this brands. If you’re on a budget and need to replace your car’s alternator and you’re reading this review then you’re exactly where you need to be to do just that bc they have the fix you need and can afford you have my word

I installed this in October 2025. In the process of restoring the 1993 GMC truck it went into, less than 500 miles on the alternator since install. Truck is at mechanic for an issue I can't resolve and they noted the alternator is not putting out any charge, not very reliable if it doesn't even last 500 miles. No option for return, despite it should still be under warranty being under the age/mileage of most basic car parts.
