07/26/18: I figured out what the issue was with the charm - it appears to be made so that the front of the charm faces outward when the charm is dangling *only* when worn on the LEFT hand. I wear bracelets on the right hand because my watch is on my left hand, which is why the charm was facing backwards when the bracelet was on my right hand. I'll either wear it on my left wrist or remove the charm and and replace it in the opposite direction from where it is now. It's really a beautiful bracelet! 07/25/18: I just received this today. It looks beautiful. However, it has a bear claw, which I h-a-t-e. It's nearly impossible to secure a bear claw by yourself. Also, the way that you have to position the bear claw to clasp it leaves the charm facing backwards. The only way to have the charm be visible is to move it to the top of the hand and just let it sit there. It looks as if I may have to remove the clasp and re-position it in the bracelet facing the opposite direction from where it is now. Other than that, it's very pretty. I dislike that my bracelet started changing colors from silver to rust color in a week. Highly upset because I got one for my sister's for mother's day so they want be able too wear them very long.☹️

Service was great. Pictures are justified with product! My wrists are a little smaller and the bracelet is larger than I'd hoped but it would not fall off my hand. I don't like removing my jewelry, I typically leave it on as I work in the garden, do dishes, etc. and one of the jewels in the heart is already coming out after having it for a little over a week. So if you are wanting to wear this constantly, maybe invest in a more durable material. Otherwise it's super cute and is a continual reminder to me to pray for my hubby!! ... show more
