I'm 63 years old and 5' 2 for reference. Seat goes low enough that I have no problem touching the ground with my feet and staying steady while sitting when stopped. Happy so far with this bike for the price. It's my first time with an e-bike. I've had it a week and am enjoying the peddle assist. I still get exercise but I don't want to give up after a mile. I live on an island and now can't wait to explore all the great trails we have here. Easy assembly (per the BF). Assembly was rather straight forward, been using it for maybe 2 months and have 70 Miles logged on it,I can definitely say it's awesome to ride and feel the wind blow through your face, it does not fold, to those who think it may this is literally a 75 IBS chunk of 20MPH steel, it's very powerful for an E-Bike and definetly worth the money for those who weigh a bit more than most E-Bikes support. I have noticed the front mud guard isn't exactly stable however which is the only downside but all in all a fun and worth it purchase for small distance commutes and joyrides ... show more

Very happy with this purchase, bike looks great, is sturdy, battery life is good. Also, I had an issue mounting it (which was my fault, if I'm going to be honest), I was able to reach the Windone team right away and they helped me with my issue, 5 star customer service! Definitely recommended!

I love riding the bike. I am 65 and have a taller ebike but I don't feel secure on the taller bike. I love having to ave a key to ri ad remove the battery. Much harder for someone to steal it. My only draw back is the back tires keeps losing air.

Absolutely amazing support, my kid loves the bike, range is great, sturdy. The only thing is that for me I feel somehow a slight unbalance on my hands when driving, like there is more weight in the left side, but the bike is great and it's a minor thing. Support is really great.

Our first issue was the front brakes not working. Then, the tires wore out in about 90 days of very sporadic use. Then came the back brake pads needing replaced because the originals were the worst wearing material ever. Now, today, the throttle isn't wanting to work. Mind you, we have only had this for 8 months...of which 3 of the months were too cold to ride it. I expected more for over $800. ... show more

A mega fail. Never felt less safe on any bike or motored vehicle. So many issues. The throttle goes from not working to being FAR too sensitive- literally flying off the handle. The battery goes from 60% to zero. The bike is waaaaay too heavy. Does not fold. Not nearly as comfortable as a thing its size should be. I owned and rode many e-bikes- this was hands down the absolute worst. I hope they take back this total lemon. It should not be sold on amazon. ... show more

Bought it for my wife for an early Christmas present. It was fairly easy to assemble. It's extremely heavy duty. Very smooth running bike. My wife says it's very comfortable to ride, and very easy to get off and on. She said it handles very well. She absolutely loves it. I forgot to mention, I rode it myself, and it really lives up to its name. I couldn't believe how fast it gets you going in just a few seconds. I love the speedometer on it, and that it has a key for starting it. Really makes it more ant-theft. ... show more
