I bought this battery for my Nikon Z8 and Nikon Z6ii. It works great. It really doesn't have any extra charge life over the factory. But the bonus is you can plus a USB-C Cable directly into the battery to charge. No need to lug around a charger unless you want to.

Definitely lasts way longer than my 10 years old, non-original batteries. I do not know about a fresh original, because I haven't had one in a very long time since they are overpriced and I am not convinced that rightfully so. The charging port makes it a lot more convenient, as you do not need to bring a whole bulky charger. Also, the non-black colour makes it a lot easier to find in a bag than the usual batteries and to put a number on it with a marker if you have several of them, to remember which are empty.

Received a bad battery got very hot during charge. Camera wouldn't turn on afterwards. Returned it Update: The first K&F EN-EL15C battery I received was defective, it got very hot and my camera said it had 0 % charge, I returned it for a refund, a few days later a representative from K&F e-mailed me to make this right, they shipped me a new battery for free, which I am happy to report works perfectly. This shows that K&F cares about their products and customers. Thank you K&F's Rep Emmy.

With this battery in my camera pouch, I no longer need cumbersome charger. Plus, I could easily re-charge the battery on the field with a portable charger. Nowadays I carry a portable battery charger anyway because of my cell phone, electronic watch so it makes my life way more easier. Great idea and product!
