Very Satisfied with this product. It arrived in a well packed box to limit any possible damage. I thought it was easy to assemble if you follow the directions provided. This is a very sturdy piece and looks great when completed. The only thing I would say is to have extra wood glue on hand because the provided tube is very small and not enough to do all the necessary joints. I glued every joint I could while building it and it is very sturdy with no wobble. It took me & my wife about 5 hours from start to finish. I let the smaller pieces that we assembled dry a bit before we continued. I would highly recommend this stand if you are looking for a good stand for a good price. Be aware that the shipment arrives in two separate deliveries. Mine was two days apart, due to the weekend schedule.

This product is very well made. The instructions were super simple to follow. Fire place works great. As another review said, make sure to remove the remote from end of the fireplace Styrofoam. It took off and on about 5 hours or not even to put together bc we left to run errands and came back to finish.

It's beautiful and works great. It did take a long time to assemble, but it wasn't difficult. The heater works awesome and we get a lot of compliments on it.

Wonderful fireplace. I put it together myself, so it took a few hours, but very easy. The instructions were awesome, very easy to understand and parts were numbered in the order that you put it together. I wish other companies took note of this companies installation instructions. I did have an issue putting the last piece on (the top) even with help. It didn't want to go all the way down in the pins, but it's on there, and it works. If you buy this, you will not be disappointed. A+

Tv stand is beautiful and the 3rd flames are so realistic. I’ve gotten so many compliments. Their customer service is excellent. I had a slight problem with assembly and contacted customer service and problem was quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend.

Don’t be alarmed like I was when you receive 1 box with no tracking on the other box. Fireplace comes in 1 and the wood comes in another. My second box arrived the day after the first. Very nice stand !!! Took me about 6 hours to put together by myself but very simple to do. Make sure you have extra wood glue. The tube they send got me thru 2 pieces of wood. There was a small area on the bottom piece that was dented hardly noticeable. I also have a white scratch on one of my shelves but since it is hidden didn’t bother me. Nice quality, very sturdy well worth the price even if you have to spend a day putting it together. Wouldn’t want to have to pay shipping on it already assembled and risk it being damaged. When unpacking the fireplace be sure to get the remote out of the side hole taped in the foam !! There is instructions that say where the remote is !! Very happy with my stand. Thank you !!!

February 20th I placed my order for this Entertainment Center, model JXQTLINGMU Farmhouse Fireplace TV Stand with 36" Electric Fireplace for 80 Inch TV. My Entertainment Center arrived on February 25, 2025. After assembly I discovered this product was not sufficient enough to support my 75" TV causing the top surface to warp in a concave position not allowing both cabinet doors to close anymore. I spent hours assembling this unit and I do not have the means or ability to load this Entertainment Center in my Tucson and send it back for a return. Since this unit would not support a 75" TV as advertised for an 80" TV the seller has the responsibility for picking this product up at my home at his expense not my expense and my time. I spent enough of my time and money on this Entertainment Center which was a complete disappointment.
