There are no clear directions on how to thin your paint.. after a lot of time spent on google and trial and error we finally figured out the “sweet spot” for the right thickness of paint.. Also the spray pattern is not very wide or that powerful.. we had to keep the sprayer within 3-4 inches of the surface we were painting.. not sure if this is worth the $

Worked better than I’d anticipated. Made re-staining both sides of a 100’ cedar fence WAY easier. Takes just a couple of minutes to learn the nuance of the spray pattern and application…but it’s easy. Goes through paint quickly…but…think of that as brush strokes you didn’t have to make. Cleanup was easy. Highly recommend.

I would buy it again. The one I bought is the Milwaukee battery version. It works like any corded version but heavier. Did the job but you MUST thin the paint down or it will be too thick. I also went through a few batteries while painting. Make sure you have a few extras ready to go.

Thinned acrylic enamel with distilled water. Use the stick drip method for proper viscosity, don’t bother with the cup. Also make sure you have a clean heated space along with warm paint. Amazing results for such an inexpensive gun.

I painted a long fence with this and it did an excellent job! You have to learn the right paint dilution, but after a couple of tries, I found the right formula. It was great not dealing with cords, hoses, rollers and paint cans. Just make sure you have several batteries available. Easy to clean too.
