I bought these scissors with the intent to cut my hair during quarantine. The scissors cut, but the most annoying part was that my hair kept getting caught in the middle of the scissor where the blades meet. The scissors kept tugging at my hair and eventually I found a couple of strands that were being pulled from the root. For the amount that I paid for these scissors, I expected so much more. I was better off cutting my hair with regular scissors than spending my money on this. Very disappointed.

See 2nd photo for comparison of my old cutting shears. These are very sharp but because they are thick it seems like a less fine cut. Overall good price Update. I really don't like these scissors. They are so thick its hard to cut they end up scooting the hair which gave it a choppy look. Going to buy a different pair now
