They actually replied overnight even though it was a weekend and gave me a direct contact person to deal with to resolve my case while they were shipping me another device. This tablet was a gift for my sister and from what I can tell it works good for what it is. Its a 10in tablet with a quad core CPU and its good for some games and some youtube etc. Its a good value and she likes the case that comes along with it, I help configure it remotely and it did pretty well from a distance and it was able to use 5hz wifi and install apps it can also mirror cast to vizio TV which is nice BUT the biggest flaw is that it can not stream HULU or HD Netflix, Disney+, because of the winevine Lvl 3 instead of the so needed Lvl 1. Software updates can NOT fix this, its part of the hardware and theres no fixing that. Maybe someday they can develop another 10in tablet with winevine Lvl 1 enabled to be able to stream Hulu, other than that flaw/issue its alright in my book. ... show more

Sturdy 10" tablet, expandable, with convenient case cover that opens and closes like a book. The cover is supposed to hold the tablet in a horizontal position for viewing, but the grooves that should hold it in place are not deep enough to keep it in place. Mine keeps sliding out. It does not come with a fast charger so it will take several hours to fully charge. I have a fast charger and it cuts the time in half to fully charge. The support team tells me it will extend battery life if you let it charge more slowly. Also comes with a rubber tipped pen to use instead of your fingers and a protective glass shield to install if needed. All in all it runs my apps well and support responds promptly. I've had it a few weeks now, price is reasonable and seems like a good buy. ... show more

I have been using this tablet for 3 weeks and so far I have found nothing to complain about on the device. Here are my comments about the device. 1. Split Screen - Yes... in Android 11 you can now have split screen and it is nice to see email and web browser in the same 10" screen. While it cannot compare to a desktop monitor, the ability is nice when out and about. See the attached photos... 2. App Speed - The tablet is quick. There is almost no delay when I click to open a applicaiton. Most low cost Android devices in this price range will be laggy but the JUSYEA tablet is incredibly quick. 3. Screen - The display is sharp and clear. I purchased this device to supplement an aging IPad that has a weak battery and the screen quality is great. The colors pallet is bright and the black, is black not like cheaper displays that allow backlighting to bleed through. This has a vivid 10 inch display. 4. Body - This tablet is constructed from a metal case, not the cheep plastic cases. This will add weight to the device but it’s comforting to know it has a quality construction. 5. WiFi and SIM Connectivity - The tablet is fast when connected to WiFi thanks to the 5Ghz network card installed. It also has the capability to install a SIM card for those who need connectivity on the go (with a spare cell SIM card). 6. Included - The tablet comes with a case, screen protector (Plastic Film vs Glass), and USB-C charger. No need to pay extra. 7. Price - Just under $100... Enough said. JUSYEA made a quality tablet with the speed and price to fit my budget. I have now purchased two of JUSYEA tablets. The media could not be loaded. For a budget tablet, this is a very good investment. The 10.1 display is clear and bring, the processor keeps everything running smoothly, including very smooth 4k video renedering. The 64 GB internal memory can be augmented using up to a 128 GB micro SD card to give you plenty of storage for videos, photos, and other files. It doesn't come with a keyboard or a mouse, but I connected a bluetooth keyboard and USB wireless mouse, and it worked perfectly. Also connected to a bluetooth speaker, and it sounded great. I use this tablet primarily for video streaming and social media, and I couldn't be happier with the performance. I definitely recommed this tablet, and I just wanted to add that the JUSYEA-STORE sellers are great! They're very prompt and eager to assist you with any problems you might have. ... show more
