Description

The Standard of the West Since 1879 The story of Justin Boots began in 1879, when H.J. Justin moved to Spanish Fort, Texas to become a boot repairman. He was a quick study, with an eye and talent for boot making. H.J. soon began his own boot company, Justin Boots, which he operated out of his home to serve cowboys passing though town. H.J. saw the potential for his business, so when a railroad was built ten years later in Nocona, Texas, he moved his family there to capitalize on a bigger market. In 1908, Justin Boots became a true family company when his sons, Earl and Avis, came to work for their father. Their combined efforts pushed the company forward, and just two years later, Justin Boots had doubled its production and was being sold in 26 states as well as Mexico, Canada, and Cuba. Seven years after their father´s death in 1918, his sons moved the company headquarters to Fort Worth where it still operates today. Every pair of Justin Boots is a salute to the spirit of independence, hard work and authenticity of the cowboys who have worn them since 1879. After more than 130 years of Western boot making, Justin Boots is still true to its roots. When you purchase a pair of Justin Boots you will own the most authentic and stylish Western footwear available. And with Justin´s patented J-Flex® Comfort System you will be wearing the most comfortable boots ever made. This is why Justin Boots has been crowned the ¨Standard Of The West Since 1879¨.

  • The next generations work boot
I’ve worn Justin’s since I was 16-17. I’m 60 and my son, 17, is going into the workforce. Being in the construction industry for most of my life, I've worn Justin and Redwing, Justin is my favorite. I’ve worn square toe for the last 26ish years and my son wanted his first work boot to be like his old man. Amazons price on these was better than boot barn and even though Justin’s are now made somewhere other than the USA the quality is still good. Not like the old days but what are you going to do. Buy them, wear them re sole and start over. There’s nothing like the smell of a new boot. 100% recommend ... show more

  • Good looking boots
Thick socks required for break-in period. But comfortable after about 5 or 6 days of wearing a few hours per day

  • Thes boots are made for walking!
These fit hubby so well. He is happy with them. He did try them on at the local store where we live so he knew what size he wore and this color wasn't offered locally. This is a great looking boot and feels super sturdy per the hubby. These are his 1st pair of boots (talked him into them, his dad always wore boots when he was growing up). These work well and are comfortable for his feet, he isn't really into the pointy boots. He wore them with a dark pair of jeans and they looked very classic, a style that will never be trendy. ... show more

  • Great boot for the price
Size: 12 Color: Brown
Great boot. I buy these every year for my son and they have been through everything! Replace them when they "start talking" as he says. The bottom starts separating but the quality for the price is really very good. He uses these as daily footwear, motocross. Atving, mud, wind, rain, everything, garge and shop work. they do hold up well and are comfortable. We replace easily every year but thats normal? If you're not using for hard daily activities and just an every day boot they'll last much longer. He really puts them through the test ... show more

  • Exactly What I was after! Exactly What I was after!
Size: 12 Color: Dark Brown Water Buffalo
This makes my second pair of Justin boots. The first pair I had was a pair of Justin commanders and after a change of work they was just to big and bulky and my feet sweated so bad in them with the waterproof lining, so I started looking for a pair that would be good for slipping them off going into a customers home doing hvac. And these boots was just what I was looking for. Easy on and off. Not bulky or big at all. And my feet don’t sweat at all in these! And the shipping was better then expected! ... show more

  • I Never Take My Boots Off
Size: 13 Color: Dark Brown Water Buffalo
I've been wearing cowboy boots my whole life and I expect a long "break in" period whenever I buy a new pair. Not the case with these boots. These felt like an old worn in pair pretty much from the time I took them out of the box. I can't report on durability because I've only had them for a couple of weeks, but I'd give them six stars for looks and comfort if I could. Take note that these have a rubber "work" sole as opposed to the smooth sole on conventional cowboy boots. This means I can wear them in in the winter without winding up on my rear end. The heel is a bit smaller than a regular cowboy boot. Again, at 6'2" I could care less, but it might matter if you wear boots to augment your stature. ... show more

  • They looked awesome, but...
These boots looked great, and once I could get them onto my feet, they felt great. I liked how they don't have a tall heel on them and felt like a regular pair of work boots. They weren't awkward to wear at all. BUT Three days into wearing them, I started having problems. The pull loops on top of the boot that you use to pull the boot onto your foot started to fall off. The stitching on these loops was faulty. I could have taken them to a shoe repair shop, but these were a brand new pair of boots... there is no reason that I should have to take a pair of new boots to a repair shop. I decided that I didn't want a pair of Justin boots anymore, and asked the seller for a refund. According to the seller, they won't refund worn items, only replace them. HOWEVER, according to Amazon, you have 30 days for a refund under their A to Z guarantee. I did have to file a claim through Amazon to get a refund for these boots, and after I opened the claim I was issued a refund. This is why I love Amazon and their customer service. I did have to do all the leg work to get the refund though... I had to make a bunch of phone calls to Amazon's customer service and even go to the post office and pay out of pocket to ship the boots back to the seller. Amazon did credit my account for the $15 it cost to ship them back though, so again another star for Amazon's customer service. ... show more

  • Not 1 year boots
Boots start out nice as they used to. The inside lining has failed on last 4 pairs and plastic breaks apart. The non U.S. boots do not hold up like previous generation boots. Having had several pairs fail (I have been getting Justin boots for Father’s Day for 10 years.) last few years boots don’t make it a year. Previously I would buy new because I wear the outside edge of the heels each year. Now the insides fall apart and are unwearable in 6 months or less. I have been a Justin boot wearer nearly every day for 20 years. Considering other brands now due to repeated quality issues ... show more
