Boots start out nice as they used to. The inside lining has failed on last 4 pairs and plastic breaks apart. The non U.S. boots do not hold up like previous generation boots. Having had several pairs fail (I have been getting Justin boots for Father’s Day for 10 years.) last few years boots don’t make it a year. Previously I would buy new because I wear the outside edge of the heels each year. Now the insides fall apart and are unwearable in 6 months or less. I have been a Justin boot wearer nearly every day for 20 years. Considering other brands now due to repeated quality issues ... show more

relatively comfy. look nice. steel toe required for work and i have a semi office job as a concrete dispatcher and plant operator. so these look good in my office clothes but have steel toes for when i need to maintanance the plant. Update: inside heel cup section is falling apart after about 7 months. every day i have to take a boot off and drop the rubble thats is accumulating out. still 4 stars because they are priced well and look good. First pair: 10.5D. After about a month of use, small plastic bits start breaking out of the heel and filling the boots. Kept wearing them for another 4-5 months with plastic just constantly breaking off inside, like having sunflower seeds in the boot all the time. Justin was not helpful with replacement, they want me to pay shipping both ways for a problem that many other reviewers have also complained about. So, I decide to give them another try. Order another identical pair - Same exact size - 10.5D, markings in the boot tube are identical. THEY ARE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SIZE! This next pair of 10.5D's are more like size, my foot doesn't even fit in the tube! Completely inconsistent size and bad quality. Will never buy this brand again. Goodbye. Poor customer service and poor quality is indicative of brand failure. ... show more

I’ve worn Justin’s since I was 16-17. I’m 60 and my son, 17, is going into the workforce. Being in the construction industry for most of my life, I've worn Justin and Redwing, Justin is my favorite. I’ve worn square toe for the last 26ish years and my son wanted his first work boot to be like his old man. Amazons price on these was better than boot barn and even though Justin’s are now made somewhere other than the USA the quality is still good. Not like the old days but what are you going to do. Buy them, wear them re sole and start over. There’s nothing like the smell of a new boot. 100% recommend ... show more
