Description
Control GX is the first and only shampoo smart enough to gradually reduce greys by slowly bringing them back to their natural shade while it cleanses and conditions your hair. Then use it in rotation with your usual shampoo to maintain the look you like. There's never been an easier way to control your grey. Get the look you want: Use the control GX as your daily shampoo, and after the first few washes, you'll start to see a subtle reduction in the amount of gray. Continue to use it until you reach your desired level of grey reduction (generally within 2 to 4 weeks). You can even control how gradually you get to your desired result by using it daily or every other day at the start. Keep it that way: Once you've reached the level of grey reduction you like, you can reduce the frequency of use, alternating with another shampoo. In general guys use it as their daily shampoo at the start, and when they are in "maintenance mode" they use it 3 to 4 times a week.

As I write this review I'm only completed one week but skipped only one day one week one. Since the beginning of August I have used what was left of bottle of Youthair for men. That product hasn't removed much of my grey hair. I have gotton better result is one week with Just For Men. I'll post a photo in 4 weeks time I still have a lot of grey hair in places. Now if do use this by a Nair brush or rubber gloves. There is no going around it it will stain finger nails because of the habit to use nail when washing hair. After washing your hair you must clean your bathroom surfaces. It tells you this in the instruction. So men do read instructions but will comment in the reviews on how it left stains. Yes, because it was the users fault and not the hair care product because the product tells you that any stains must be cleaned immediately. A blue 3M scouring pad and Bath scrub will remove these stains. For a 2 in 1 the conditioner does work. I get a silky smooth hair after every daily wash. For a small bottle it can seem wistful on the product because every time I just want squeeze out a quarter size more liquid comes out than I would like. I have thinning hair so I don't need a half dollar size of shampoo for a daily washing. My 5 stars with all the cons of this color dye shampoo. This is the only thing that is working it's best after each use to bring back much of my brown hair with a very natural look. My hair today definitely doesn't look stupid with tiger stripes of grey hair.

This shampoo is the best thing since the wallet for guys. No more dye stains on your skin or ruining towels tryin to die your hair. They recommend you use it in the shower every day, but I apply mine on before I get wet, using a toothbrush I come it through my beard and head and then wait about 5 mins before getting into the shower. Comes off easy, no stains, gets most of the grey out and doesn’t look fake dark like some do.

I had been dying my hair for 8 years and over that time my hair has turned from salt and pepper to SALT. My hair grows super fast so I was having to dye it every 2 weeks and it totally looked dyed --- My wife said that it looked horrible so I stopped....but I hated having white hair --- I bought Just For Men GX Reducing Product after reading all of the excellent reviews --- Best move ever! It took 4 consecutive hair washings with the product and my hair looks perfect! I wanted my hair to look a natural dark grey and I could not be happier with the results ---- I would give the product 10 stars if I could --- I like the smell and I don't smell any chemical odor whatsoever...as some people have indicated. I use latex gloves and have since the first application which was recommended in peoples' reviews ---- I will just use once a week or once every 2 weeks for maintenance going forward --- This product is beyond outstanding in my opinion!!!!

My last haircut was exactly two weeks and one day ago. Lately I'd been noticing in random pictures of me with my kids that the grey in my hair was more prominent than the black, even with hair gel helping to mask the grey. At the barber, seeing all of that grey in stark contrast to the black drape really triggered me to want to do something, but what? I have a buddy who is about the same age and wears his hair short like me, and he started going to get his hair dyed a couple years ago. To be honest, his hair color never looks good. It's either a weird shade of reddish brown, or he looks like a skunk with black tips on white hair, or it looks unnaturally dark for a middle aged dude. All that cost and maintenance to not look good. I had huge reservations in trying Control GX. I read all the reviews. Surely it couldn't actually work the way they describe, could it? It just seems too easy. Well, gents, it really is that easy. And the results really do speak for themselves. Check out my picture. Those are exactly 2 weeks apart, using the shampoo 1-2x a day. Both have my typical amount of hair gel in. The difference is shocking and yet subtle. I think I'm going to go into maintenance mode from here because it still looks natural, just a bit younger. Some notes to help make the experience as positive as possible: 1) I used gloves. Palms only didn't feel like it gave me the control I wanted to get the shampoo where I wanted it, and even when I tried to use palms only I still had light staining of my nails after just one wash. 2) Use and old or grey towel. Preferably an old, grey towel. It WILL stain your towel slightly. 3) I got some light staining of the skin around my hairline initially. It was easy to remove with some exfoliant and scrubbing, but now I'm very careful to only apply the shampoo to my hair (gloves help) and then immediately wipe the skin alone my hairline with freshly washed hands while the shampoo is doing its thing while I wash the rest of me. After I wash my body, I rinse out my hair really well and then wash my face/ears/neck. I'm guessing the shampoo is sitting on my hair for about 4-5 minutes per shower. 4) Rinse your shower walls and floor. Splatters will stain, although they're pretty easy to remove off of our white tile. Thankfully we have one of those separate hand nozzles in the shower, so it's convenient. 5) I find that the dyed hair is a bit duller than natural, which is not an issue for me since my gel has a bit of gloss to it. I think that's it! 2 weeks to a new you! Trust me, I'm as surprised as anyone that something so inexpensive could be so effective and subtle. Oh, and I had no irritation. Good luck!

The shampoo works with a good lather and good scent. I only wish that it would darken the grey hair more. Although I don't wish to go from a lot of grey to magically having no grey after a shower, the results are subtle. I have not noticed any discoloration effects on my skin and no staining on towels etc.

This product does work well. Within a few uses, I definitely see a difference. One thing I will bring up is to be sure you wash out the product right after using. Also, be sure you rinse your tub and shower well because it will stain especially white tile. I will be a repeat customer.

Don’t expect this product to turn the clock back 20 years on your hair. It gradually covers the gray over time. It is very subtle, which is good if you don’t want to surprise anyone. Even my girlfriend had no idea that I colored my hair with this. Try it and be patient with it.

I was amazed at how fast this worked for me. By my third shampoo most of my of my grey was gone. I have fine hair which usually colors faster than coarser thicker hair. Loved it.
