The screw can't be installed. and the headrest keeps fall down, can't be adjustable.

I like the chair. It's sturdy and it's going on over a year since I had it but the screws have gotten really loose and the headrest came apart. It was sitting in the closet so I'm not sure how this happened. I have had to keep tightening the screws for the bottom knee rest. I would give this a three out of five ratings.

I'm quite impressed with this product. I have upper spinal issues so I bought this so I could rest my neck. It works great, it's comfortable, as long as I put a cloth on it to keep from sticking to it, and the "assembly" was only putting the head rest on. It doesn't take up much space and isn't an eyesore, either. I'm really glad that I bought this.

I bought this specifically for a 5 day face down recovery period after retina surgery. It seems sturdy enough, adjusts to different positions fairly easily, and comes with a storage bag for keeping out of the way when not in use. Unfortunately, it did not serve me well. The headrest would not stay in the prone position that I needed it to be in and I feel like I wasted my money.
