I will say I feel that the Velcro on the slats is unnecessary and gave me a little trouble when I assembled, and since I’m not using a box spring the raised lip makes it hard to tuck in your sheets when making the bed. The bed is super cute but not exactly like main picture advertised. The headboard is smaller than the what is pictured but you can adjust it. A little confusing to put together but not impossible. Some parts were mislabeled and a few washers were missing. All worth it for the price though. I love the look and it seems sturdy so far. Would purchase again. ... show more

I got the faux leather queen. The bed came in good condition. It took me two hours alone to assemble it. It was fairly easy to assemble but the directions were hard to figure out, meaning the parts C and D on the directions appeared to be not correct. I just followed my gut. The bed sit very low to the ground and in my opinion needs a box spring. The picture showed what look like block type feet to go on the bottom but the sides or footboard and headboard also serve as feet, which I don’t care for. I set it up all on my own (took about an hour) and the directions and pieces were all there! some parts were a little bit confusing but you just have to mess with it a little bit to get it to fit right! some people described a smell, I noticed a very slight smell but it wasn’t bad at all. There was a faint smell as described in the other reviews, it wasn’t as bad as some people described. Some of the prices came unmarked, but it seemed pretty easy to figure out which piece was which. The headboard is also much smaller than it appears. Seems pretty sturdy! Very cute
