I was pleasantly surprised by this waist trainer. The material feels durable and high quality, with a smooth finish on the outside and a comfortable lining inside. The zipper closure is sturdy and makes it easy to put on and take off. I like that it has adjustable shoulder straps for extra support and a better fit. It hugs the waist nicely without being overly restrictive, and it gives a flattering shape. The stitching and seams look strong, so it should hold up well with regular use. The media could not be loaded. I’m 5ft 6in and 177 pounds and I bought a large. Working out with this vest on will definitely make you sweat. At first I thought it was too small because it was a challenge to put it on the first time. Once I worked out in it, the second time was easier to put on. I guess it stretches as you use it. I have it latched on the last row of latches and hopefully as my tummy gets smaller I’ll have to tighten it with the other latches. I like it. The vest is lightweight and made with good quality. The material is not too thick and not too thin, it’s just right. So far the latches are strong holding in my tummy fat. I love that it’s enforced with a zipper making sure everything stays in place while working out.

The media could not be loaded. This waist trainer has a waterproof lining for sweat and it is great!! I’m 5’5” and 190lbs and I ordered a size large , it fits perfectly. I use it to workout in so the waterproof lining is a plus but even without working out it shapes you nicely. The straps are comfortable and don’t dig into my shoulders . It has the prongs and the zipper and keeps everything in. I am very satisfied with this product.

Perfect in every way! I definitely have been needing one of these to hold my belly in place for boxing class. Starts making you sweat on contact. Great value for cost. It does not roll up but also not too long in length. It has bones in them to help keep it from rolling up. I usually wear a large but i ordered 2x and fits like a large onto skin. Not heavy and light weight and style can be worn underneath clothing
