Yes, I wear mine all day – at work and during workouts. It's really comfortable and not suffocating at all. I can bend and squat easily, so it works great for both my desk job and busy shifts. When will I see results? I noticed more sweating and core compression right away. After about 1–2 weeks of wearing it daily, my posture felt better. Longer-term? I'm starting to see waist-shaping results too – but only because I also exercise and eat healthy. Does it work for postpartum? The media could not be loaded. I’m 5ft 6in and 177 pounds and I bought a large. Working out with this vest on will definitely make you sweat. At first I thought it was too small because it was a challenge to put it on the first time. Once I worked out in it, the second time was easier to put on. I guess it stretches as you use it. I have it latched on the last row of latches and hopefully as my tummy gets smaller I’ll have to tighten it with the other latches. I like it. The vest is lightweight and made with good quality. The material is not too thick and not too thin, it’s just right. So far the latches are strong holding in my tummy fat. The media could not be loaded. This waist trainer has a waterproof lining for sweat and it is great!! I’m 5’5” and 190lbs and I ordered a size large , it fits perfectly. I use it to workout in so the waterproof lining is a plus but even without working out it shapes you nicely. The straps are comfortable and don’t dig into my shoulders .
